Chao Zhiming of Lingwu City, Ningxia Autonomous Region, Died under Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Persecution

For more than eight years Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Chao Zhiming had suffered brutal persecution at the hands of the Chinese communist regime. He suffered paralysis on one side of his body and experienced speech difficulties because of years of persecution. With the return of his former illnesses, he died of a stroke on August 22nd, 2007. His wife, Zhu Xiuying, died on January 25th, 2006, also as a result of persecution -
Practitioner Ma Yufeng from Zhaoyuan, Shandong Tortured to Death

Ms. Ma Yufeng refused to give up her cultivation, so she was arrested, detained, and persecuted by the officials from the local government and police station. In October 1999, police grabbed her hair, kicked, punched, and beat her with a rubber baton. Then she was taken to another room and beaten with an electric baton. The officers asked Ms. Zhao whether she would continue to practise. After she said "Yes," they beat her violently until she passed out three times and her entire buttocks turned black. Ms. Zhao died on October 7th. -
Sent to Prison Once and to Labour Camps Four Times, Older Ms. Mao Kaiming is Persecuted to Death
2007-09-03Ms. Mao Kaiming, a Falun Gong practitioner from Xichang City, Sichuan Province, passed away on August 20th, 2007 at the age of 56. Mao Kaiming was held once in prison and four more times in forced labour camps. Party officials were monitoring and persecuting her even during her last moments on Earth. Ms Mao explained the wonders of Falun Gong to fellow villagers and told them about the wicked schemes of the Communist Party after the persecution began on July 20th, 1999. She was continuously persecuted for the past eight years through arrests, detention, torture and home ransacking. -
Mr. Sha Naiyi's Remains Placed in a Funeral Home; His Family Appeals to Bring Those Responsible for His Death to Justice
2007-09-01Mr. Sha Naiyi was a Falun Gong practitioner from Da'an City, Jilin Province. He died under suspicious circumstances while being persecuted. His remains are still in the cremation plant's funeral home in Da'an City. Every day, a police car and five officers guard the funeral home. His family have been appealing to a higher court, vowing to bring those responsible for his death to justice. -
64-Year-Old Ms. Niu Chuanmei from Guangdong Province Dies Suddenly as a Result of Persecution

On August 15th, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Niu Chuanmei, 64, was arrested by police. Ms. Niu's family asked about her situation but the police did not provide any information. Five days later, Ms. Niu Chunamei's son received a notice telling him that Ms. Niu Chuanmei had jumped from the 17th floor of the Guangdong Province Armed Police Hospital and died. No reason was given. -
Mr. Wang Yongjun from Jilin Province Dies as a Result of Persecution

Practitioner Mr. Wang Yongjun lived in Sonjianghe Town, Fusong County, Jilin Province. He became very weak after being mistreated multiple times by malicious Communist Party members and harassed by police from the Donglin Station in Songjianghe Town. He died on July 2nd, 2007. In 2001 he was arrested and tortured by police. They cuffed his hands behind his back with a bottle in between (to cause more pain) and shocked him with electric batons. -
Body of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Hu Yanrong Forcibly Cremated

Falun Dafa practitioner Hu Yanrong was arrested on August 1st, 2007 and persecuted to death on August 5th. Government organisations colluded with each other. They monitored and threatened Hu's family and had her body forcibly cremated on August 12th. Ms. Hu's funeral was hastily carried out under the surveillance of the higher government departments. Ms. Hu's husband cried miserably during the funeral. -
Who Murdered Ms. He Yingqing from Hunan Province?
2007-08-25Ms. He Yingqing, a 41-year-old Falun Gong practitioner, was tortured to death after eight years of persecution. So tragic was her death that many people are heartbroken and have shed countless tears. Her workplace--Hunan Biology Electrical Professional Academy announced that it was Falun Gong that murdered Ms. He. This is no doubt a result of the eight years of persecution and propaganda against Falun Gong, and also of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) poisoning of Chinese people's values for decades. They murdered Ms. He and then cheated her colleagues and friends from knowing the truth. -
Another Kindhearted Person Dies Due to the Persecution: Commemorating Fellow Practitioner Mr. Li Enying

In February 2007, police seized Mr. Li Enying and took him to Shijiazhuang Forced Labour Camp. In July, Mr. Li had just been injected with unknown drugs. When his family brought him home, he was already at the brink of death. His entire body was swollen, and he had great difficulty breathing and eating. He had a bad cough and was continually spitting out phlegm. Within just 13 days of being brought home, he died, on July 29th. -
Police Arrest Mr. Zhao Hongxing, Whose Mother Died Shortly After Being Sent to a Retirement Home against Her Will
2007-08-23On July 3rd, 2007, there was a knock at Mr. Zhao Hongxing's door, and he discovered that a notice had been left for him from Dafangli Police Station, requesting him to go to the police station. When Mr. Zhao called the phone number on the notice, the contact person told him to go to the station to write the "three statements" to renounce Falun Gong. Between July 12th and 15th, Mr. Zhao was reported to the authorities while distributing leaflets exposing the persecution to people. Police officers went to Mr. Zhao's home and arrested him. His elderly mother was forcibly carried from her home and sent to a retirement home. She passed away fifteen days later in the retirement home at the age of 86. -
Older Practitioner Mr. Ma Zhitang from Jianli County, Hubei Province Dies as a Result of Persecution
2007-08-2260-year-old Dafa practitioner Mr. Ma Zhitang was arrested at his home on four different occasions by local police officers. Mr. Ma was forced to write the "three statements" to give up practising Falun Dafa and had been fined more than 6,600 yuan without being given receipts. On July 22nd, 2007, as a result of such trauma and persecution, Mr. Zhitang passed away due to the recurrence of previous illnesses. His wife, his 83 year old mother, and a middle-school-aged child are living at his home and are without any source of income. -
Additional Details about Ms. Yang Mingfen's Persecution and Death in Maoming City, Guangdong Province
2007-08-21The Clearharmony website reported on December 1st, 2004, that Ms. Yang Mingfen from Maoming City, Guangdong Province, was persecuted to death. Around May 2002, the Maoming City 610 Office arrested Yang Mingfen and sent her to the brainwashing centre. While she was in the brainwashing centre for over a year, Yang Mingfen was tortured inhumanly. Yang Mingfen was stomped and beaten multiple times by the guards. After suffering a long period of persecution and torture, Yang Mingfen's health deteriorated drastically and she became dangerously emaciated. Later, she had an extremely hard time swallowing food. The authorities released her in March 2004 after realising she was on the verge of death. She died six months later on the morning of October 26th, 2004. -
60-Year-Old Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Jin Chunxian from Dongning County, Heilongjiang Province Passes Away Due to Persecution
2007-08-21Practitioner Ms. Jin Chunxian, 60, had been subjected to inhumane torture in Qiqihar Forced Labour Camp. She was hung up for four days by her hands cuffed behind her back. As she persisted in practising the exercises, she was brutally beaten by criminals many times. They each grabbed one of her limbs. Her clothes were torn away, and they even tore the skin on her abdomen in the process. They then shocked her with electric batons. She was arrested again in September 2005 and sentenced to eight years of imprisonment without proper legal proceedings. On July 31st, 2007, she passed away. -
Relentless Torture Leads to the Death of Practitioner Ms. Pan Zhenghui from Hubei Province
2007-08-20Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Pan Zhenghui was 61 years old. Many times, she was detained, her family's home ransacked, and she was interrogated, body-searched, watched, followed, sent to brainwashing centres, and so on. The CCP's implication policy also made Ms. Pan's family members suffer. Many times, her grown children were laid-off from work so as to persecute Ms. Pan. After suffering relentless torture due to the orders of the vicious Chinese Communist Party (CCP) she died of a sudden cerebral hemorrhage on July 6th, 2007 at 3 p.m. -
Mr. Zheng Handong Tortured to Death in Fanjiatai Jail in Hubei Province
2007-08-18On March 20th, 2007, 44-year-old Mr. Zheng Handong and other Falun Gong practitioners detained in the Qinduankou Jail of Wuhan City were transferred to Shayang City's Fanjiatai Jail in Hubei Province. Due to repeated persecution, Mr. Zheng Handong developed several illnesses. But the jail authorities refused to release him on medical bail. As the result, Mr. Zheng passed away at 3:00 p.m., August 8th, 2007.
