Judge Hou Peng from Court in Shanxi Province Tramples the Law to Frame the Innocent

Hou Peng, Presiding Judge of the Linfen City Court has held numerous trials against Falun Gong practitioners since the persecution against Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999. As a law enforcement official, Hou has framed Falun Dafa practitioners without adhering to the facts or following the laws and regulations. As a result, many Falun Dafa practitioners have been sent to prison and lost their jobs. -

I Was Brutally Force Fed at Changsha City Detention Centre
2005-02-16"The day after I was detained I went on a hunger strike. On the fourth day of my hunger strike, a policeman ordered inmates to force-feed me. They pushed me onto the floor, stood on my feet, and twisted my hands so that I would be in too much pain to resist. One person pushed my head, while another pinched my nose to suffocate me. Another inmate used a brush (used to clean toilets) to pry open my mouth and then used a bottle to force food into my mouth." -

2005-02-13Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Ning Bo, 74, is a resident of a village near Panjin City. In May 2004, while he was clarifying the facts about Falun Gong, police seized him and forced him to walk over 10 miles with them. They fiercely beat him the entire way, and severely injured and eventually disabled him. He was then thrown into jail. Ning Bo proclaimed his innocence and requested that the court investigate the police officers' criminal acts. However the court refused twice to formally hear the case. -

My Experience in Anshan City Forced Labour Camp
2005-02-11"After I was abducted and illegally detained at the Anshan Forced Labour Camp, many other Falun Dafa practitioners and I were continuously persecuted both physically and mentally. Prison guard Zhang Zhenyang once said to us, "All the torture methods we use on you have been approved by the Party and the government." The director of the prison, Xu Baoyu, challenged us, "Which one of you wants human rights?" Falun Dafa practitioner Li Peisheng stood up and said, "I want human rights." The prison guards later beat Li for 20 minutes." -
Jilin Province Falun Gong Practitioner Yang Xiaohai Put on Trial
2005-02-10On January 19, 2005, the Jiaohe City People's Court put Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yang Xiaohai on trial. During the trial, the security in the courthouse was extremely tight. The gatekeepers were on duty outside the entrance, and from courtroom eight to the lobby. Outside the courtroom, police officers served as guards. Family members were kept away from the building. Also, Mr. Yang Xiaohai was not allowed to hire a defence lawyer. -

Ms. Yin Liping, Who Was Sexually Abused In a Male Cell, Is Again Imprisoned In Masanjia Forced Labour Camp
2005-02-08Ms. Yin Liping, 37, was one of the 18 female Dafa practitioners who were thrown into a cell full of male prisoners several years ago. In October 2004, she was imprisoned once again in the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp. She had already been thrown into a male cell in another labour camp, where she was stripped naked. The prison guards used electric batons to shock her nipples, genitals, and other sensitive body parts. Even now there is still a bone bulge on her face. -
Chongqing Forced Labour Camp Incites Inmates to Brutally Torture Falun Dafa Practitioners Inside Secret Rooms
2005-02-08When the "forced transformation" began at the Chongqing Xishanping Forced Labour Camp Education team (forced brainwashing transformation group), the guards called out a practitioner's name, and he was grabbed by four heavily-built men from the execution team. His head was held down, both of his hands were placed on his back, and he was carried away with force to the execution team. It was done so violently that even the prisoners there found it disturbing to watch. -
Four Chongqing Practitioners Receive Heavy Sentences for Exposing Rape
2005-02-07Four Falun Gong practitioners were arrested for exposing the rape of Chongqing University student, Ms Wei Xingyan, by a policeman. One man received a sentence of 13 years of prison, while the other three practitioners received 7 years each. The so-called charge was "Utilizing an evil [slanderous word omitted] to hinder the enforcement of law." After the rape of Wei Xingyan was exposed over the Internet, the "610 Office" sealed all documents about her at Chongqing University. -
The Yantai Daily Fabricated a Report Attacking Falun Gong
2005-02-07"On August 11, 1999, the Yantai Daily, a newspaper in Yantai City, Shandong Province, published a report about me. The article was entitled, "Falun Gong is Merciless while the Party Committee is Merciful." There were many parts of the article that were inconsistent with the facts. First, the journalist who wrote the article had never interviewed me. I wonder how he came up with such a report about me."
