Belated News: Ms. Zhang Yanju Confirmed to Have Died of Persecution Four Years Ago

A policeman from Chengdong Police Station (phone: 86-418-8823404) confirmed Zhang's death and told the caller that it was the police department that ordered them to send Zhang to the detention centre. But he refused to provide any further information, claiming that the campaign the authorities waged against Falun Gong is a political battle and he cannot answer relevant questions. The above news indicates that many of the death cases of Falun Gong practitioners have been intentionally blocked. The actual death toll of Falun Gong practitioners should have far exceeded the figure of over 900 known to the public. -
The Death of Han Chunyuan - Caused by Brutal Force-Feeding in Jilin Province Female Prison

2004-03-30 During that time the work was to connect light bulbs. A practitioner had to link eighteen small light bulbs together with metal clamps, which meant connecting two wires for each section. The goal was one and a half bags, or connecting many sets of a total number of 4,800 light bulbs daily. Xindi Detention Centre Use Brutal Means of Torture on Dafa Practitioners

Over time, the prison staff found that they couldn't succeed in feeding through the mouth, and so they started to use a super-sized syringe for animals, and used that to fill the funnel. In this brutal way they constantly force-fed the practitioners. 2004-03-29On March 9th, 2004, "Friends of Falun Gong" and “The World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong” (WOIPFG) submitted a list of 102 key responsible persons who actively participated in the persecution of Falun Gong to the U.S. government, including Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing, Zhou Yongkang, Li Lanqing, Wang Maolin, etc., and urged the U.S. government to prohibit these people from entering the U.S. Bo Xilai's name was on both of the lists. In the criminal lawsuit filed with the Federal Prosecutor’s Office in Germany by forty Falun Gong practitioners, Bo Xilai was one of the defendants on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. -

2004-03-28We learned from family members of the former director of Xingfu Police Station that before sending Ms. Tong to Changchun City, the police asked the local "610 Office" director, "She is in critical condition, do you still want to send her to the labour camp?" The answer was, "Yes, send her even if she dies. No one will be responsible for her death." After Ms. Tong's death, the detention centre lied, saying that she died from a heart attack. We are still investigating the details of the abuses Ms. Tong suffered. -
