On June 17, 2011, local practitioners from the region of Veneto introduced Falun Gong at the “Power Gym” facility in Padova, after being invited by the CESN (National Centre for Sport and Education in Italy). Practitioners explained how Falun Gong had become the most popular Qigong practice within only a few years of being introduced to the public in China in May 1992. -

On July 3, 2001, Sunday, the Cowley Road Carnival presented “Carnival in the Park” in South Park, Oxford. Local Falun Gong practitioners, who were invited to join the event, set up a booth to demonstrate the exercises, introduce Falun Gong, and expose the CCP's brutal persecution of the practice. -

On Saturday, May 14, 2011, Falun Gong practitioners from Slovakia commemorated World Falun Dafa Day by holding an event in SNP Square in Bratislava. The passersby were drawn especially by the exercises, which the practitioners demonstrated. Many asked about the persecution in China and some signed a petition calling for an end to the persecution. -

Falun Dafa practitioners introduced Falun Dafa at a health expo in Graz, a cultural city in Austria, on January 8 and 9, 2011. The expo attracted 16,000 people, mostly from Steiermark. Practitioners set up a booth with Falun Dafa books and music CDs, and demonstrated the exercises in yellow costumes. -
