On Saturday 18th of June, the largest TV station in the Czech Republic, Cesha Televize 1, interviewed Xiong Wei at a memorial where victims of the Communist Party used to be tortured. She spent two years in a Chinese forced labour camp, imprisoned for handing out leaflets exposing the human rights abuses against Falun Gong. -
Germany: Appealing at the Chinese Consulate in Munich after Six Years of Persecution

According to the statistics from ClearWisdom.Net, to date there have been 2,646 practitioners who have been killed in this persecution, but these are only the documented death cases. Nearly one hundred million Falun Gong practitioners have been deprived of the right to believe in “Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance”, and countless families have been broken up. -

On the 16th of July, Falun Gong practitioners from Denmark and Sweden went to the largest square in Copenhagen, Kongens Nytorv, to expose the on-going campaign of genocide against Falun Gong in China. -
United Kingdom: Practitioners in Manchester Commemorated Six Years of Persecution with an Appeal at the Chinese Consulate

In remembrance of more than 2,700 fellow Falun Gong practitioners who have lost their lives in the CCP’s human rights abuses, practitioners from Manchester and surrounding cities gathered at the Chinese Consulate on this anniversary to hold a press conference, to appeal for the public’s concern and to urge the CCP to stop the persecution of Falun Gong immediately. -
Sweden: Appealing for an End to the Persecution of Falun Gong at the Chinese Embassy on July 20th

Practitioners in Stockholm gathered at the Chinese Embassy on July 20th, six years since the official launch of the persecution, to appeal for an end to the ruthless violence against Falun Gong practitioners. They demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises, held up a big banner reading “Stop Persecuting Falun Gong” and distributed flyers. -
United Kingdom: Practitioners in Edinburgh Commemorate Six Years of Persecution

On July 20th 2005, the official starting date for the Chinese Communist Party’s campaign of terror and persecution against Falun Gong, practitioners in Edinburgh held an all-day appeal outside the Chinese Consulate. Some asked for leaflets, some learned the exercises from practitioners and others learned how to make the paper lotus flowers. Many people were interested in the lotus flowers, admiring the care and attention that had gone into making them. -
Russia: Promoting Falun Gong in Stavropol City

Practitioners practised the exercises in a local park. People who were interested in learning were taught on the spot. Many of them were young people. At the beginning, they were a little hesitant. But they all joined the exercise group later on. Some of them even learned how to do the meditation with their legs crossed in the double lotus position. -

France: People in Normandy are Concered about the Persecution Suffered by Falun Gong Practitioners in China

On the 7th July 2005, French practitioners held an anti-torture exhibition in Lisieux to let more people know about Falun Gong and the human rights abuses being carried out against practitioners in China. They simulated some of the barbaric torture methods used by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in attempts to force practitioners in China to renounce their beliefs. -
Czech Republic: People Show Their Support for Practitioners' Anti-persecution Efforts

Two days before the summer holiday began, on July 1st and 2nd 2005, Czech practitioners once again met in the two cities of Ceska Lipa and Litomerice. It was cloudy with light rain, but we felt the local people’s concern about learning the Falun Gong exercises and the efforts of practitioners to stop the persecution happening in China. They wanted to know more and asked for information. -
Germany: Berlin Candlelight Vigil in Memory of Gao Rongrong

On the 16th of June 2005, Gao Rongrong lost her life in China through unimaginable, brutal and inhumane torture by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). On the 7th of July, Falun Gong practitioners from Berlin and Leipzig gathered at the Breitscheidtplatz and held a candlelight vigil to commemorate her murder. -
Germany: Introducing the Falun Gong Exercises During a Cultural Event in Wiesbaden

On July 8th, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners from nearby areas were invited to take part in the annual Wiesbaden town district cultural event. One of the categories for the event was entitled “Martial Arts, Healing and Meditation”, which Falun Gong practitioners participated in, introducing the fives sets of slow-moving and peaceful Falun Gong exercises.
