People often ask me how I have benefited from practising Dafa. I usually reply by talking about how it has helped me to become more relaxed, how I used to be nervous and worry about things, and how since practising Dafa, I am able to take things lightly, not get stressed and accept things as they happen. I also will talk about how Dafa has given me great health and a clear mind and helped me to gain a clearer sense of right and wrong. -
To Do Dafa Work Well is Not the Purpose of Studying the Fa
2003-09-14Each one of the three things Master told us to do is very important. Every diligent Dafa disciple should do all of them well and they are all inter-related. We should study the Fa with a pure heart to assimilate to Dafa, not with the pursuit of solving any problems. -
Do Not Stop on the Journey of Validating the Fa
2003-09-14The more I study the Fa the more I feel the urgency of time. We can't miss the opportunity for which we have waited millions of years just because of one impure thought or some attachment. Study the Fa everyday until the end; send forth righteous thoughts everyday until the end; clarify the truth everyday until the end. This way, the past three years seem to have passed in the blink of an eye. -
On the Essence of Human Life
2003-09-12If the Primordial Spirit does not exist, the physical body in terms of anatomy is just a piece of meat. A person cannot live without the Primordial Spirit. Some people think they have deciphered “God’s secret code of human life” after mapping the human genome. This cannot be taken seriously. In fact, human being will never know the most fundamental essence that constructs human’s life. -

Practitioners in North America Suggest Taking Action to Clarify the Truth to Four European Countries
2003-09-10Some practitioners in North America who are unable to go in person to protest are suggesting that more fellow practitioners take action, using various ways such as telephone, fax, and email to clarify the truth to the European countries' media, government, police, etc. Their hope is that these actions will expose Luo Gan's crimes and the cruel persecution against Falun Gong in general, and call attention to the lawsuits against Luo. -
My Experience in Making Phone Calls to China to Clarify the Truth About Falun Dafa
2003-09-07To make the phone calls is actually to face the evil directly. It requires a lot of courage and very good communication skills to make a good call. Whatever practitioners say, it conveys our way of thinking and will directly reflect our state of cultivation. Some practitioners are continually being arrested, beaten, detained, and closely monitored by their local police unit. 2003-09-06After a while, I heard an announcement that the Central Committee would ban Falun Gong. I was shocked and immediately sat in front of the screen to watch carefully. In the evening, my parents got home. We talked about this and I told them, “It is not necessary to watch any more. It is all false. I watched it earlier today.” I also proudly told my mum that “Even if the whole world was against Falun Gong, I would still believe in Master.” -

2003-09-03Clarifying the truth to the Chinese is a really important area of Dafa work, but I rarely had the chance to talk to everyday Chinese people face to face. Whilst I had no problem with handing out fliers, I didn’t feel particularly comfortable about approaching Chinese strangers in the street and attempting to start a conversation about Falun Gong. I would prefer to introduce the subject within a context that felt more natural. -
Appealing Outside the Chinese Consulate (UK Fa Conference 2003)
2003-09-03“Why such slow and leisurely steps?” “Hurry up and tell them.” Master's words had been coming to mind. It was now a case of waiting for people to emerge from the Consulate entrance. They could either turn left or right.
