Belgium: New Practitioners Meet in the Park to Practise Falun Gong Exercises and Study the Teachings Together

On July the 31st 2004, a meeting was organized for new practitioners in the city of Ghent. Over 20 practitioners, who all started Falun Gong recently, gathered in the park in the morning to practise the Falun Gong exercises together. After the practice, the group started reading the introductory text Falun Gong and discussed questions that came up during the reading. -
Ireland: Irish Falun Dafa Association Holds a Press Conference as Liu Feng Returns to Ireland

They have all actively taken part in the rescue efforts to release Liu Feng. -
United Kingdom: Practitioners Hold Anti-Torture Exhibitions in Edinburgh

On the 24th and 25th of July, British Falun Gong practitioners held a two-day live exhibition of simulating torture scenes in Edinburgh. After listening to practitioner’s tell them about the five-year campaign of genocide against Falun Gong in China, kind-hearted Scots were shocked! They could not believe that this brutal persecution is still happening in the 21st century. -
Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Attend a Multicultural Festival in Munich

On the 19th of July, Falun Gong practitioners took part in a multicultural festival, which was conducted by the Cultural Office of Munich City Hall. Dafa practitioners in Munich applied for a stall to display information about Falun Dafa and tell people about the five-year campaign of genocide against Falun Gong in China. -
UK: Practitioners Hold a Week-Long Anti-Torture Poster Exhibition in Cambridge

To mark the fifth anniversary of the Jiang regime’s persecution of Falun Gong, practitioners in Cambridge organised a week-long anti-torture poster exhibition entitled “Persecution Meets Principle” in a local library. On the Friday evening, practitioners held a candlelight vigil in the city centre to commemorate those who lost their lives in the Jiang regime’s persecution. -
Russia: Falun Gong Enters the Daily Life of the People of Pjatigorsk City

Since July 1999, Falun Gong practitioners have been cruelly persecuted in China and those who practise have bee tortured. However, the Chinese Government does not realise that today, after five years, Falun Gong has spread to every corner of the world, including our city Pjatigorsk in Russia. Falun Gong practitioners from Pjatigorsk held activities to raise awareness in a park on July the 22nd and 24th. -

They demonstrated to the public the beauty of Dafa and exposed the persecution of Falun Gong by the Jiang regime. -
United Kingdom: Northern England "Car Tour" Successfully Concludes

On the 16th of July, a group of Falun Gong practitioners from Northern England finished the 3rd “Car Tour” activity. Practitioners visited five different cities in Northern England. They promoted Falun Gong and let people know about the five-year campaign of Genocide that has been waged against the practice. -
Sweden: Anti-Torture Exhibition Shocked People, Making them Sad and Angry

On July 19th, practitioners came to Selgelstorg Square in Stockholm, displaying to Swedish people and tourists Falun Gong practitioners’ compassion and tolerance despite the illegal persecution, as well as exposing the persecution of people who believe in ‘Truthfulness Compassion Tolerance’, instigated by Jiang Zemin on 20th July. -
Germany: Practitioners Hold an Anti-Torture Photo Exhibition in Front of the Chinese Consulate in Bonn

On July 20th, a group of German Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese consulate in Bonn. They displayed pictures of nine torture methods that Chinese police use to persecute Falun Gong practitioners in China, photos and a name list of Falun Gong practitioners who have been persecuted to death in China. -

They also demonstrated the peaceful practice of Falun Gong. -

2004-07-26Nobody refused to accept the newspaper; a few people even ran to me to ask for some. They were shouting “Falun Gong” on their way to me; they said you would know what Falun Gong really is simply by reading the newspapers. Some people also greeted Master. Because I didn’t take many of the information booklets with me, everyone who got one said they would read from the beginning to the end, and then pass it on to others. -

2004-07-25We think that this shooting incident is an act of terrorism. We feel profoundly shocked by the brutal methods employed by the Jiang group to eradicate Falun Gong inside and outside China. In March, 2002, Jiang Zemin issued an order to shoot at Falun Gong practitioners. However, South Africa is not part of China. This shooting incident indicates that the Jiang group employed hired gunmen to attack Falun Gong practitioners, just like China used money to buy the votes of poor nations during the UN Commission on Human Rights Meeting.
