Grand Falun Gong Parade Through the City of Vienna: The Waist Drum Performance

On June the 19th 2004, people crowded the pavements to watch Falun Gong practitioners parading through Vienna’s busy city centre. At the front of the parade were the waist-drummers. Russia: Moscow Practitioners Introduce Falun Dafa at the People's Health Exhibition

To honour Dafa practitioners’ positive contribution to the “For Citizens’ Health” Exhibition, the local government awarded the Moscow Falun Dafa Association a diploma. Practitioners set up an exhibition of various information boards, distributed flyers and other materials that explained Falun Dafa and the facts of the persecution. -

June the 13th was the day of the Arivika Hamnfestival. Last year, practitioners dressed in yellow and joined the festival to promote Falun Dafa and reveal the facts of the persecution taking place in China. Falun Gong practitioners of Chinese nationality who currently live in Canada, Japan and other 15 countries recently published an open letter calling on people to pay attention to the issue that their passports have been withheld or not renewed over the past few years. At the same time, travel certificates of more than 30 Falun Gong practitioners from Hong Kong have been either postponed or confiscated. -
Grand Parade through the Centre of Vienna

On Saturday the 20th of June, Dafa practitioners from Europe and the Asia Pacific region held a grand parade through the crowded city centre of Vienna. Many people lined the pavements to view the beautiful and varied parade performances. The procession was lead by a waist drum team followed by traditional Chinese Fan Dancers and Lotus Flower Dancers. -
Fadu in Sweden (1): Crossing the Pacific Ocean to Make Good Friends in Northern Europe

She and her mother were invited to attend forums on China’s human rights situation, which were being held in four Northern European countries. Hungary: Promoting Falun Gong at a Sports Festival in Budapest

Between June the 11th and June the 13th, Falun Gong practitioners from Hungary, Slovakia and Germany introduced Falun Dafa at a Sports Festival, which is held annually in the Hungarian capital of Budapest. The festival activities began at eleven in the morning and ended at six in the evening every day and over two hundred thousand people took part. -

On Sunday the 20th of June, Falun Dafa practitioners from over 30 countries attended the 2004 European Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference in the Austrian capital of Vienna. The founder of Falun Dafa Master Li Hongzhi sent a letter of congratulation to the attendees. -
Rally in Vienna Calls for an Immediate End to the Persecution of Falun Gong

On the afternoon of the 19th of June 2004, tourists and citizens of Vienna were deeply touched, and some moved to tears as they listened to speeches at a rally exposing the persecution of Falun Gong. The rally was part of a programme of large-scale events held by several hundred European practitioners to help more people understand the campaign of genocide initiated by Jiang Zemin.
