Denmark: Practitioners Receive a Warm Welcome from Bornholm Island Residents

Helsinki hosted Finland's annual World Village Festival in Kaisaniemi Park and Railway Square on May 26 and 26. The popular event, which started back in 1995, attracted over 85,000 visitors. During his visit to Sweden on June 1-3, 2013, Yu Zhengsheng, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Politburo Standing Committee member, also chair of the Political Consultative Conference, saw Falun Gong practitioners' protesting the 14-year-long persecution. Practitioners stood in front of the Chinese Consulate in Gothenburg and in front of the Royal Palace in Stockholm where Yu met with Sweden's King. -

On May 13, 2013, practitioners in Belgium celebrated the 14th Annual World Falun Dafa Day, marking the 21st anniversary of Falun Dafa's introduction to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in 1992. Practitioners in Belgium introduced Falun Gong to both the residents of Boechout City and the town of Boom. They also held activities and demonstrated the five Falun Gong exercises.
