Eyewitness Account: Dafa Practitioner Ms. Zhang Fuzhen was Injected with a Poisonous Drug and Died in Extreme Pain

Ms Zhang Fuzhen was a Falun Gong practitioner from Pingdu City, Shandong Province. In 2001, she was arrested and sent to a brainwashing class to be persecuted. Ms Sun Fuxiang was assigned to monitor Zhang Fuzhen. She recalled, "they injected some unknown poisonous drug into her. As soon as she was injected with the drug, she felt unbearable pain. She struggled as if she were being driven out of her mind, and she died very painfully. The officials from the "610 Office" witnessed the whole course of Ms. Zhang's death." -
Eighteen-Year-Old Practitioner Ms. Zhang Conghui Is Tortured to a State of Mental Collapse
2004-06-08Ms. Zhang Conghui, an 18-year-old high school student, was expelled from her school because she told her classmates the facts about Falun Gong. She felt she had no choice but to go to Tiananmen Square to appeal for justice. Ms. Zhang was arrested and later detained at a brainwashing centre in Hebei Province. After two months' torture people who saw her after her release report that she was no longer the Zhang Conghui of the past. Today her hands are covered with bruises, she has a dull look, acts oddly, and exhibits mental confusion. -
A Young Practitioner from Shandong Province: Please Help to Rescue My Mum
2004-06-08My name is Chen Teng, and I am 16 years old. I live in Weifang City, Shandong Province. My family was broken up simply because they remained determined to practise Falun Gong, the practice which brought us such happiness. My grandma, who was an outstanding teacher and my aunt who was also a teacher both died as a result of the persecution. My mum, Sun Xiaomei was arrested many times and now is in detention again. As for myself, I can't go to school any more and I was forced to leave my home when I was 12 years old. -

2004-06-08One of the torture methods used in interrogation rooms, forced labour camps and brainwashing centres under the Public Security System is to use extremely hot objects to burn Dafa practitioners' bodies. Police use lit cigarettes to burn practitioners' faces, often leaving black scars on their faces. Some of the most vicious police have deliberately burned the faces of beautiful young female practitioners, thus permanently disfiguring them. -
More Information Regarding the Murder of Dafa Practitioner, Ms. Huang Zhao
2004-06-07Falun Dafa practitioner Ms Huang Zhao was a resident of Wuhan City. According to inside sources, Huang Zhao was electrically shocked and beaten to death by police using electrical batons at 4:10 p.m. on April 2, 2004. In order to cover up their crime, the police claimed she committed suicide, and they also forced her family to sign an agreement of "accepting the judgment of suicide." The police told the family "the person is already dead, you can get some money if you agree that suicide was the cause; otherwise, you will not get a penny." -
Ms. Zhou Zebi from Sichuan Province Died From Torture in 2001
2004-06-07Ms. Zhou Zebi from Sichuan Province was tortured with a variety of methods while detained in the notorious Zizhong Nanmusi Forced Labour Camp in Sichuan Province. The torture caused her to have injuries, which caused her to cough terribly, vomit blood, and also have bloody stools. One of her relatives carried her out of the forced labour camp on his back in April 2001. The torture left her with such severe injuries, she looked dead. In May 2001, Ms. Zhou Zebi died from complications resulting from the extended torture. -
Practitioner Ms. Tang Yunxia Suffered Torture in Pengzhou Municipal Mental Hospital
2004-06-07Because of persisting in practising Falun Gong, I was illegally sentenced to labour camp twice and was illegally detained 15 times. In July 2003, I was sent to Pengzhou Municipal Mental Hospital. In the mental hospital, I was injected with an opaque liquid, which caused all kinds of swelling in my whole body. When I neared death, the doctor from the Pengzhou Municipal mental hospital requested Qiao Lijun, the director of the "610 Office," to release me. Qiao Lijun refused and said, "No way. We will still watch over her!" -
Hubei Province Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Guo Chunsheng Dies from Violent Beating by Police
2004-06-06Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Guo Chunsheng was from Hubei Province. On October 30, 2003, his home was illegally ransacked by the Fenghuang Town Party Secretary and others. They attempted to abduct Mr. Guo to a brainwashing centre. In the process they violently beat Mr. Guo, causing him to vomit blood. He passed away at 8 p.m. the next day. Mr. Guo's untimely death has left his young son and daughter with no guardian, his elderly mother with no financial support, and his disabled wife with no caregiver. The family has been mourning the loss of their beloved kin every day. -
More Details about the Death of Shanxi Province Dafa Practitioner Mr. Song Youchun
2004-06-06Dafa practitioner Mr. Song Youchun was from the Xinzhou Area of Shanxi Province. In January 2001, we learned from people in Song's village that Song was sentenced to forced labour for going to Beijing to appeal for Dafa in the year 2000. He suffered brutal torture at a labour camp and was in critical condition. To avoid being responsible for his death, the labour camp notified Song's family to take him home. Song died not long after he came home. He was only 30 years old, and he left behind his wife, a very young child and elderly parents. -
Dafa Practitioner Ms. Su Juzhen from Liaoning Province Suffers a Mental Breakdown from Torture
2004-06-06Dafa practitioner Ms. Su Juzhen, in her 40s, lives in Huludao City, Liaoning Province. Before the persecution began, Su Juzhen was well known for her selflessness and kindness. She was awarded with the distinction "Outstanding Self-employed Businessperson" several times. However, such a kindhearted person has now been tortured to the point of suffering a mental breakdown because she refused to give up her belief in the principles of "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance." She is still not able to speak or think normally. Her husband sits home with her all day. -
Over 70 Sichuan Province Teachers Dismissed from Their Jobs Because They Practise Falun Dafa
2004-06-06In 2003 over 70 teachers, who admitted to being Falun Dafa practitioners were dismissed from their jobs in Dazhu County, Sichuan Province. During the second term in 2003, the "610 Office" threatened the teachers with "suspension or dismissal from their posts" and forced the 70 teachers who practise Falun Dafa to attend a government brainwashing programme. They were told that they could not return to teaching until they completed the brainwashing programme and renounced their belief in Falun Dafa. The teachers all possess excellent academic credentials and teaching skills. -

Practitioner Zeng Lingxiu from Sichuan Province Beaten to Death by Police
2004-06-0560 year old Dafa practitioner Ms. Zeng Lingxiu,, was a farmer from Sichuan Province. At around 5:00 a.m. on March 17, 2004, she was beaten to death on the road close to her home by some police who had been monitoring her activities. When her son learned of this, it was already past 8:00 in the morning. Zeng's body had already been taken to the crematory. When her son arrived there, he wasn't able to recognize his mother from her appearance. He could only tell it was his mother from the clothes. One hand and one foot were broken due to the beating. The police claimed that she died of a car accident. However, witnesses, who happened to pass by the scene of the beating, said that the police dragged her feet and pulled her along the road. The scene was too horrible to watch. -
Daqing Practitioner Mr. Wang Chuanping Tortured to Death
2004-06-05Mr. Wang Chuanping, 53, was a laid off worker from the Third Oil Extraction Factory in Heilongjiang Province. He was unjustly detained several times for appealing for the end of the persecution of Falun Gong. In June 2001 he was sentenced to 8 years in prison and jailed in Shaoxing Prison, where he was brutally tortured. As a result, he developed liver problems and had swelling all over his body. The police didn't release him until he was in grave danger. He passed away at the end of April 2004. -
Family Decimated by Persecution: Husband and Wife Tortured to Death, Mother Detained, Father Dies of Grief
2004-06-05In the past several years, simply because of practising Falun Gong and telling the truth, Zhao Yulan's family was fiendishly persecuted by perpetrators from the Qinghai Provincial government. Their homes were frequently and unlawfully searched and their money and belongings were taken away. "610 Office" personnel detained, sent to forced labour or sentenced to prison four people from their family. Within less than half a year, Zhao Yulan's older son and daughter-in-law died as a result of torture. Her younger son has been detained in the labour camp and has been subjected to forced brainwashing.
