Sweden: Practitioners Expose the Persecution on National Day

June 6 2009 was Sweden's National Day. Staff from the Northern European Service Centre for Quitting the CCP and Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in Stockholm. They displayed photos about Falun Gong and the persecution taking place in China. They hoped to expose the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party. -
Belgium High Court Holds Hearing on the Chinese Communist Regime's Telephone Harassment of Falun Gong Practitioners

On May 28, the Belgian High Court held a hearing on a telephone harassment case brought by two Belgian Falun Gong practitioners against the Chinese Communist regime's 610 office. Representing the two plaintiffs, internationally renowned human rights lawyer Mr. G. H. Beauthier requested that the Belgian Justice Department take further legal action in investigating this case. -

Chinese Tourists in Europe Eagerly Learn the Facts and Quit the CCP

Ms. Hao and a couple of other volunteers for the European Service Centre for Quitting the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) have been explaining the facts at tour sites and advising Chinese people to quit the CCP for a long time. For example, tourist groups from China come one after another to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. As soon as such a tour bus stops and the bus door opens, the tourists will hear the broadcast of the Service Centre for Quitting CCP from a loudspeaker. -
Slovakia: Falun Dafa Exercise Instruction DVD Published

In May 2009, Slovak publishing house CAD Press published Falun Dafa Exercise DVD with Slovak instructions to teach people the five sets of Falun Dafa exercises. The introductory book Falun Gong and main book Zhuan Falun have already been published in Slovakia, and now people in Slovakia have the chance to see a DVD to learn the Falun Gong exercises. -
Bulgaria: Practitioners Gather for a Parade In Sofia

On May 23 2009, Falun Gong practitioners from the Balkan Peninsula, Austria, Spain, Ukraine, Germany and the USA, gathered in Sofia for the first ever Falun Gong parade and rally held in the country. Early in the morning they demonstrated the exercises in Boris Garden. The parade started with a peaceful appeal in front of the Chinese embassy in Sofia. -

On May 23rd and 24th 2009, the annual Global Village Festival was held in Helsinki, Finland. Falun Gong practitioners participated in the festival and were given a positive reception. The Global Village Festival is a large scale event with about 50,000 visitors from Finland and many other countries. A few hundred non-governmental organisations and art groups participated. -
Finland: Exposing the CCP's Live Organ Harvesting at an International Medical Conference in Helsinki
2009-05-30The 19th European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID) was held at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre in the Finnish capital from May 16 to 19, 2009, with over 7,000 doctors from all over the world in attendance. Falun Gong practitioners in Finland came to the venue to distribute leaflets exposing the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) hideous crime of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
