United Kingdom: Cambridge Assembly to Call for an End to the Persecution of Falun Gong

Falun Gong practitioners went to Cambridge to join an assembly held in the square of City Hall to protest against the Chinese Communist Party's evil persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. The event was also to support the 40 million people who bravely quit the CCP and its related organisations. -

United Kingdom: Cambridge Rally Marks 9 Years of Persecution in China

The European Tian Guo marching band performed in Cambridge on July 27th to raise awareness about the severe human rights abuses that practitioners of Falun Gong have endured for the past nine years. All of the 70-piece band are Falun Gong practitioners, hailing from different countries in Europe. -
Spain: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest at the Chinese Embassy in Madrid against the CCP Persecution

On July 26th, Falun Gong practitioners from Madrid gathered at the Chinese Embassy to protest against the CCP's nine years of cruel persecution. All passers-by could see the banner reading “Stop the persecution of Falun Gong” and many of them passed across the road to accept flyers and view the torture exhibition pictures. -
Sweden: Rally at the Chinese Embassy to Protest against the Persecution of Falun Gong

Although the entrance gate of the Chinese Embassy was tightly closed, staff members of the Embassy shuffled in the courtyard. Some came out of the entrance and hid in the grove to take photos of the protesters. Turkey: Support for Falun Gong Practitioners from the Turkish Media

On July 20th, in order to raise awareness of the crimes committed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) who have been brutally persecuting Falun Gong for nine years, some Falun Gong practitioners in Turkey went to Muğla in the western region. They visited several major media outlets, telling them about how the CCP persecutes Falun Gong and called on these media to expose the CCP's atrocities and help end the persecution, which has already lasted for nine years. -
United Kingdom: European Divine Land Marching Band in London

Saturday July 26th was a beautiful, sunny day in London. In order to expose the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s nine long years of brutal persecution, practitioners in the UK took to the streets of London along with the European Divine Land Marching Band. The parade ended at Trafalgar Square for a press conference. -
Ireland: Irish Students call on the International Community to Rescue Their Parents
2008-07-31On July 19th, after the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been illegally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners for nine years, Tang Liang, a student who majors in Finance at Cork University in Ireland, exposed that he had witnessed in his own eyes how his parents, who practise Falun Gong were illegally arrested when he spent his summer holiday in China. At the moment, his father is still being detained in Jin Shui brain-washing Class, Zhengzhou city, Henan Province and his mother is facing a three to seven year illegal sentence. -
United Kingdom: Activities in London's Chinatown to Raise Awareness about the Persecution of Faun Gong in China

More Than One Million People Call for an End to the Persecution of Falun Gong

On July 25, the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) handed over letters that were collected from political leaders, Members of Parliament, lawyers, and doctors in the "Millions of Signatures Global Campaign" to the International Olympic Committee (IOC). These letters expressed support for the global campaign to end the persecution of Falun Gong. -

Holland: Practitioners Protest the CCP's Persecution in front of Chinese Embassy in The Hague

On July 18, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners in Holland gathered at the Chinese Embassy in The Hague and protested the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) nine-year-long persecution of Falun Gong. The practitioners had a group exercise practice, sent forth righteous thoughts and distributed leaflets exposing the CCP's atrocities and calling for an end to the persecution. -
Spain: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong before the International Fair

On July 20, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in front of Chinese Consulate in Milan to protest against the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) nine-year-long brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Eye-catching banners worded “Falun Dafa is good” and “Protest Against CCP’s brutal killing of Falun Gong practitioners in Labour Camps” were hung across the road from the Chinese Consulate and along the street.
