Clarifying the Truth to Teachers from the Podium

I went to the class and used the opportunity to tell them the agenda, easing into talking about the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance. All of them listened carefully. Since then, I have been personally going to class every day to help them with their cleaning and sanitary work, which the other chief instructors never do. I wanted to use my actions to validate Dafa. Everyday after roll call, I would speak for three to five minutes about various subjects such as the relationship between establishing ethics and traditional virtue, the principle of good and bad deeds being rewarded accordingly, the moral factors behind the outbreak of SARS, etc -
Some Thoughts on the Importance of Group Fa Study
2004-05-07I kept focusing on my reading. But when it was our turn to read together, the French, just read together with them and hearing the voices of the two who had just arrived brought tears to my eyes. I do not know why. Now I understand even better that in a group study, each particle helps me to rectify myself and contributes to rectify the group. This, everybody knows, but it is very moving when you experience it yourself and it helps to better understand the meaning of group study and the role of each particle in the group. -
The Heart of a Falun Dafa Community!
2004-05-07This special place was the beginning of what can only be described of as the most wonderful event to take place in own our City, Orlando, which will now never be the same after the arrival of Dafa. Through much effort on behalf our City's first contact person, who came from New York just to help us, one site soon became two and two became three until there was a practice session going on six days a week. It was beginning to manifest how the public would first view our presence as the curtain raised on the stage of Dafa's existence in our quite southern community. -

2004-05-04I used to think studying the Fa is similar to storing apples for the winter, I can study it more in a day, and skip it for several days. Now it becomes more and more obvious that studying the Fa is equivalent to dining, you can't skip a single meal. Cultivation for improvement needs the Fa just like a growing child needs food. An increase in nutrition is necessary to enable daily growth. -
Clarify the Truth From the Audience's Perspective
2004-05-04I still talk with people about the persecution and the beauty of Dafa. More often I talk to them from the angle of a regular member of the public. I say to them "we disclose the evil doings of Jiang's regime and hope you can support justice, support Dafa, and join us in stopping the persecution." All people who hear me when I talk in this manner say, "What you just said is so good!" -
Practitioners are Like Mirrors, Reflecting My Attachments
2004-05-02Once, a practitioner expressed that another practitioner only did the work that he felt was immediately important to him and he did not care other things. My fellow practitioner then said that I was the same way as that practitioner. Actually, I do think it is best if we do what we think we should do in Dafa work, and quietly do a good job. But perhaps we could do even better in validating Dafa if we could form a whole body. In pondering this situation, I realised that I had not formed a whole body with other practitioners! -
Brief Discussion on Not Being Led by Our Attachments
2004-05-02Since so many people are soaked inside with feelings of fame, self-interest and emotions, there are all kinds of attachments that result. Thus, we need to maximally correct ourselves through cultivation, and not be disturbed by these things. It is easy to say, but hard to do. -
My First-hand Experience with Spies from the Shanghai Security Bureau
2004-04-30In 2001, my mother was arrested in Shanghai, and was illegally sentenced to three years of imprisonment. This was all because she wanted to clarify the truth and take part in group Falun Dafa study and exercises.
