I have finally found out the real reason I have hated Falun Gong in the past few years. Under the attack of the intensive propaganda these past few years, many people in Mainland China have misunderstandings and even developed hatred towards Falun Gong. The reason for their hatred is more or less the same as mine. It is funny that those in power who really hate Falun Gong cite this as their evidence of "support from the majority," but they forget that this so-called "fact" is because they have controlled the media, covered up the truth and kept people from finding out for themselves. -

2004-08-16After practising for only one and a half month, I lost 3 Jin. I no longer feel bloated after each meal. My bowel movements are now good. All the accumulated fluid in my abdomen is also gone. I feel wonderful! I will persevere in practising even if it means more hardships. For such a good practice, why not? I feel better day after day. My mood improves from one day to the next. Before, I had even contemplated suicide because of my unbearable sicknesses. -

2004-08-15I found that the Dafa materials were not put in good order when stored in the garage; banners, SOS T-shirts, and videotapes were everywhere. Upon one practitioner's suggestion, we tidied things up. In my opinion, the Dafa materials, banners, and SOS T-shirts are all purchased with money that practitioners scrimped and saved to get. Every Dafa practitioner should cherish those items. We all know to take good care of our Falun Dafa books. The same holds true for Dafa materials, banners, and videotapes. We should cherish everything related to Dafa. -
Clarifying the Truth to Government Officials
2004-08-15If each person can spend one hour to call one or two government offices or organisations, the cumulative effect will be immeasurable. Everyday we would reach others. Our righteous thoughts would help government officials know the truth at a deeper level in order to choose the right position for themselves. In the meantime they can accomplish their assigned responsibilities in the international community. For Dafa practitioners, it’s just a small thing to do during lunch time every day. -

Patient with a Breast Tumour and Bone Cancer Obtained a New Life after Practising Falun Dafa for Less than Three Months
2004-08-14I received chemotherapy in the hospital for three years. I cannot express with words the suffering I endured. Even though I kept taking medication every day, in April of 2004, my tumour came back and metastasised to the bone (bone cancer). After I went to the hospital, my doctor said it was impossible to be completely cured. The only thing that could be done was to use chemotherapy, which might ease my sickness and relieve the pain for the time being. The doctor told my family members: "She will be paralysed soon." -

2004-08-13I remember that, on my cultivation path, I used to always think about how to pass a certain test or how to eliminate a certain attachment. At the end of last year when I thought back about my cultivation path, everything became so simple. 2004-08-13Looking at the English poetry on some of our websites, much of it is in a more modern style. Some is written without particular emphasis on rhyme, rhythm, meter, etc. However, from reading Master’s lecture on fine art several times I came to the understanding that the requirement for poetry, just as art, for the future is that it follows an upright and traditional path. -
