  • Finland: Falun Gong Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Dafa in Helsinki

    On September 6th, Falun Gong practitioners in Finland held an activity appealing to the general public to help to end the nine year long brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist regime. Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises, distributed leaflets about Falun Gong and collected signatures calling for an end to the persecution.
  • Norway: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong in Oslo

    On September 27th, 2008, Norwegian Falun Gong practitioners went to Oslo, to the most bustling main street, to raise awareness about Falun Dafa and hand out leaflets. They took out display boards exposing the CCP's brutal persecution of Falun Gong and also demonstrated the five Falun Gong exercises. People passing by were drawn in by the peaceful exercise music and one after another stopped to look and to read the flyers.
  • Turkey: Our people need Truthfulness, Benevolence and Forbearance.

    On August 20th and 21st, Falun Gong practitioners in Turkey held activities in a square in a busy commercial area of Istanbul, raising awareness about Falun Gong and the persecution taking place in China. Many people were attracted by the exercise demonstration and came over to find out more.
  • Poland: Raising Awareness about Falun Dafa During Poland's Multi-Cultural Day

    On the afternoon of August 13th, 2008, on the main road to Swietokrzyska in the middle of Warsaw a colourful procession drew the attention of countless pedestrians. This parade was the centerpiece of Poland’s 2008 Multicultural Day. In the parade, a float displaying the words “Falun Gong is good” was especially eye catching.
  • Austria: Raising Awareness of the Chinese Communist Regime’s Persecution of Falun Gong at the Salzburg Festival.

    On August 30th, Falun Gong practitioners held 'information day' activities in Salzburg Castle to expose the Chinese Communist regime’s atrocities of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Many tourists lined up to sign the petition against the persecution to show their support for Falun Gong practitioners.
  • Sweden: Swedish Artist Praises Gala Spectacular

    “The Gala seemingly brought me on a tour of the heavenly world. I felt like I had drank a cup of pure water in the desert. Listening to the Chinese music, watching the classic Chinese dancing and being greatly excited by the majestic drumming of the Tang Dynasty, it is like an experience in another dimension. I will never forget this.”
  • Germany: Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Gong and Expose the CCP’s Persecution before China Week

    On September 6th, before China Week was held in Hamburg, Falun Gong practitioners held an 'information day' in Spitalestrasse to introduce Falun Gong and expose the CCP’s nine year long persecution of Falun Gong in China. Re-enactments of the CCP’s organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners were set up beside practitioners' booth.
  • Finland: Supporting Millions of Withdrawals from the Evil Chinese Communist Party

    On September 13th, 2008, the Northern European Service Centre for Quitting the CCP and Falun Gong practitioners in Finland held an activity near Helsinki train station to support the 42 million people who have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), as well as to further expose the evil CCP’s atrocious crimes.

  • Spain: New Tang Dynasty Television Press Conference Related to Eutelsat Situation

    On September 9th, New Tang Dynasty Division in Barcelona Spain held a press conference. Several agencies attended and spoke in support of the NTDTV, the only Chinese media independent of CCP control.
  • Sweden: Quitting the CCP at the Service Centre in Stockholm

    At Mynttorg Square in Stockholm, Swedish practitioners set up a Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Service Centre and they come here every weekend to help Chinese tourists quit the evil party. On August 30th as the practitioners had just finished setting up, a Chinese woman came and looked at the posters.
  • Germany: Collecting Signatures to End the Persecution of Falun Gong

    "But for this matter (removing organs from live people), nothing has been done and no countries have mentioned it. I think this kind of incompetency is the worst. So I think that I should do something about it. Even if we have ten, a hundred or a thousand people, we should try our best to let people start to pay attention to this matter.”
  • Sweden: "Quitting the Chinese Communist Party" Campaign in Mynttorg, Stockholm

    On August 30th, in Stockholm's financial district, Swedish Falun Gong practitioners placed banners reading "Northern European Quitting the CCP Centre", as well as display boards exposing the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong. A middle-aged woman from China on a business trip stood in front of the display boards watching for a long time.
  • Russia: Introduce Falun Gong at the Moscow City Festival

    Local Falun Gong practitioners participated in the Moscow City Festival to raise awareness about Falun Gong and their participation was well received. Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated the five Falun Gong exercises, performed traditional-style Chinese dances and played waist-drums.
  • Member of the European Parliament Requests Action from the EU over the Eutelsat Incident

    The first Plenary Session of the European Parliament was convened in Brussels from the 1st to the 4th of September after its summer recess. Continuous concerns were expressed by the European Parliament Members over the incident of shutting down NTDTV television broadcast signals into Asia by Eutelsat. Mr. Bart Staes, MEP from the Green Party of Belgium, accepted an interview.
