On October 7th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Leipzig, Berlin, and Dresden held an Information Day in Railway Square, the busiest place in Leipzig. It had the theme, “Stop the Persecution, Stop Organ Harvesting”. Many shoppers stopped in their tracks to read the information boards and the leaflets being handed out. -
Finland: Supporting the Fourteen Million Withdrawals from the CCP

Finnish Falun Gong practitioners and volunteers from the Service Centre for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), as well as The Epoch Times newspaper held activities in front of the Central Train Station in Helsinki to support the fourteen million withdrawals from the CCP and its affiliated organisations and to expose the persecution of Falun Gong in China. -

The city council officials said, "Falun Dafa is based on Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance, this is just what we should spread and follow, so today we are inviting Falun Gong cultivators to introduce this beneficial practice. -
Germany: People in Stuttgart Appalled by the Brutal Persecution of Falun Gong in China

Falun Gong practitioners in Germany went to Stuttgart’s main shopping street to hold an exhibition to expose the persecution of Falun Gong. Many people expressed their indignation when they learned about the brutal nature of the persecution and asked how they could help to change the situation. Many signed a petition condemning the persecution. -

In the middle of September, “BR-Untervegs” from the TV Station of Bavaria in Germany came to Cham city, face to face, listening to evaluation, suggestions and comments about the TV Station from their audience. Representatives of the Falun Gong Human Rights Work Group from Cham city were invited to express their thinking to the media people face to face. -

During German National Day, on October 3rd, 2006, in downtown Düsseldorf (the capital of the state of the North Rhine-Westphalia), German Falun Gong practitioners took to the busy streets to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises and expose the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. -
A French Mayor: "What you are defending is also what we are safeguarding"

Falun Gong practitioners held a Truth Compassion and Tolerance Art Exhibition in Ceyrat, near Clermont-Ferrand, a town of military importance in central France. Alain Brochet, the Mayor of Ceyrat, watched a performance by the 'Heavenly Maidens dancing group' during the unveiling ceremony of this art exhibition, and also made a speech. -

Famous French singer: "I support you with all my heart"

A sturdy gentleman stood out in the crowd. Having read the exhibits, he solemnly walked to the front of the stand and signed his name on the petition form without a word. Some practitioners recognised him as the famous French singer, M. Renaud. After talking with several practitioners, he was deeply moved. He said, “I support you. I will ask people around me to help stop this terrible persecution. I will tell people around me. That is the least I could do.” -
Russia: Introducing Falun Dafa and Exposing the Persecution in New Siberia

The population of New Siberia city numbers in the millions, there are also many Chinese people, but lots of them have not heard about the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party (an editorial published by The Epoch Times newspaper) and Three withdrawals (from CCP related organisations). In order to help these Chinese people to understand about Falun Gong and the big wave of withdrawals from CCP, practitioners from neighbouring city Tomsk drove to different Chinese markets in New Siberia city to spread information materials and CDs in the early morning of 1st October 2006. -
Germany: Practitioners Held Activities in Munich to Support the Campaign to Quit the CCP

On September 30th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Germany’s Munich held activities in Marienplatz Square to support the fourteen million people who have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Not only was people’s attention attracted by the peaceful Falun Gong exercises, but they were also shocked by the Chinese Communist regime’s atrocities. -
Germany: An Open Letter to Mr. Li Guangyao from "The Falun Gong Human Rights" Group
2006-10-06"It is known to us that you will attend the opening ceremony of the “Hamburg Summit,” which will be held from September 13th to 15th. We, representing the German branch of the Falun Gong Human Rights organisation, would like to urge you and the Singaporean government to withdraw the unreasonable accusation against Falun Gong practitioners. We sincerely hope the Singaporean government can recognise the truth about Falun Gong and avoid becoming an accomplice of China’s persecution against Falun Gong practitioners."
