  • EFGIC: The Motive Clear, The Means Chilling

LONDON (EFGIC) - Has it really come to this? Could it be that the Jiang protégé sitting aside the Chinese Communist throne as Vice President, Zeng Qinghong, hired gunmen in South Africa to do his bidding? Assassins, that is, to murder peaceful, unarmed demonstrators who might upstage his visit?

"What message does my country wish to convey to me through this action? Does it want to warn me that one is not entitled to be a Chinese citizen because I practise Falun Gong? Does it mean that due to practising Falun Gong, a Chinese citizen in a foreign country must be deprived of the right of free movement, otherwise he should return to China to suffer persecution?"

Over the past few days, Fadu has become a celebrity in this school. Both teachers and pupils adore Fadu, not just out of sympathy, but more like respect for the little Dafa disciple. More and more Russian media reported on the persecution of Falun Gong in China. When we distributed leaflets about the shooting incident in South Africa and lawsuits against Jiang Zemin in many countries, three middle-aged women from the former Soviet Union asked me in Russian, “What is this?" I answered, “This is a peaceful method of cultivation, Falun Dafa, which is being persecuted in China." On hearing this, they said to me that they had seen a report about it on TV.”
  • Fadu in Sweden (5): Fadu's Innocent Dancing

Fadu and her mother arrived at the school during break-time on a morning in early June. The children greeted them, all striving to be the first to call out, “Fadu is here!”, “Hello Fadu!” The Swedish children very much appreciated Fadu’s dance movements. Fadu’s dance received lots of applause from the Swedish pupils and moved several teachers to tears.
  • Danish MEP Morgens Camre Condemns the Shooting Incident in South Africa

"...right now, what western society can do is keep exerting pressure on the Chinese government, spread information as often as possible, call on all world organisations like the UN and all democratic countries, to criticise and to slam the persecution and those who are behind it. We could explain to China that the leaders are digging their own graves by resorting to violence."
  • Fadu in Sweden (5): Telling Elementary School Pupils about the Persecution of Falun Dafa

Little Fadu and some Dafa practitioners went to an elementary school in Bors to talk about the persecution of Falun Gong, especially the children of Falun Gong practitioners, to the pupils and teachers. • Letter from the President of the International Association for Human Rights to the Chinese Ambassador in Vienna

"The car carrying the gunman did not stop. Liang, an Australian Falun Gong practitioner of Chinese decent was the only one shot at. He was the only one in the car wearing a jacket with the words “Falun Dafa.” This points to the conclusion that the shooting was a premeditated action against Falun Gong during the two officials’ visit. Zeng, Bo, and other high officials who have given orders in China that have resulted and still result in torture and death."
  • Germany: Falun Gong is Popular at the 'Peace Action' Event in Augsburg

Dafa practitioners used simple words to tell the children how people benefit greatly from practising Falun Gong. But practitioners in China are forced to give up their cultivation. Gentle Falun Gong exercises enabled the children to experience the beauty of Falun Gong so as to understand that the persecution happening in China is not right, but evil.
  • Article from the Irish Times: Chinese Man's Case 'Quite Remarkable'

Mr David Norris (Ind) said it was quite remarkable that a man who had been released from confinement in China was unable to gain re-admission to Ireland because of visa problems. He said Mr Feng Liu, who was a Falun Gong practitioner, had previously been a student here. He had subsequently been detained in a labour camp by the Chinese authorities. As a result of pressure, in which the Irish Government had played a part, he had been released. Mr Liu wished to return to Ireland, with his wife, to resume his life and his studies here.

  • Germany: Setting Up an Information Booth in Gelsenkirchen to Introduce Falun Dafa

Our exhibition posters are a good way for people to learn more about Falun Dafa and many people enjoyed looking at them. In Germany, people tend to relate the Swastika symbol in the Falun emblem with Hitler’s symbol. One of the posters explained how the Swastika is actually a treasured symbol that has existed for thousands of years of years. It was always thought to represent good fortune. We got a very positive response after people had viewed these posters carefully.
