Practitioner Gao Delong from Liaoning Province Passed Away Due to Persecution (Photo)

Mr. Gao Delong, 67 years old, recovered from heart disease since practising Falun Dafa. After July 20th, 1999, local governmental officials forced him to write repentance statement to give up practising and attend brainwashing sessions. He was often called to attend such "meetings." The police forced him to give up his Falun Dafa books. Local officials and police often went to his home to harass him and put heavy pressure on him. His old illnesses recurred and he passed away on January 8th, 2006. -
47-Year-Old Ms. Di Shuzhen from Liaoning Province Passed Away After Four Years of Suffering Resulting from Savage Police Beatings
2006-03-05Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Di Shuzhen was severely injured and lost consciousness after Jinjia Town Police Department thugs cruelly beat her on the evening of February 3rd, 2002. They struck her with metal bars and wooden sticks. She later lost her eyesight and could not take care of herself. She passed away on February 19th, 2006. -
Practitioner Ms. Li Yancai from Henan Province Died as a Result of Persecution
2006-03-0541-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Yancai was arrested for the third time in 2003. The County Police Department's Public Security Division, sentenced her to two years of forced labour. While she was held at the forced labour camp, Ms. Li was forced to work for over 10 hours a day. She was tortured until her breasts developed large lumps, both of her legs swelled up, and she was no longer able to take care of herself, at which point she was finally released for medical treatment. After she returned home, agents repeatedly came to her home to harass and threaten her. As a result, her symptoms worsened and on November 22nd, 2005 Ms. Li Yancai passed away. -
Petition Letter from the Mother of Yang Xiaojie, Who Died as a Result of Torture (Photos)
2006-03-04"I am the mother of Yang Xiaojie. At 11:15 a.m. on January 26th, 2006, my beloved son Yang Xiaojie passed away. His face, seen by his family, was kind. He didn't want to leave his parents, both in their 70s, his dear wife, and especially his 16-year-old daughter, the apple of his eye. I was with my son when he died. I screamed until my throat was dry and all the strength had left my body. I held my son's hand and shouted continuously, "Xiaojie, come back! You can't leave. You are a tough boy. Mum can't live without you! you tried not to describe the tortures you suffered at the prison because you didn't want me to worry about you." -
Nine Practitioners in Jilin and Sichuan Provinces Died As a Result of Persecution
2006-03-0458-year-old Mr. Liu Benhong was arrested by police. They tortured him for three days and nights in a township brainwashing centre. In the daytime they forced him to do filthy work and refused to let him sleep at night. They beat him at will. They disqualified his children from joining the army or applying to any university. Mr. Liu was later held at the police department for six months. They once handcuffed him to a railing for seven days and nights. They deprived him of food and water. Later, one police officer gave him half a glass of water to which unknown drugs had been added. After Mr. Liu drank it he had a severe headache and stomachache, lost consciousness, and later talked nonsense. He passed away on December 16th, 2005. -
Belated News: Mr. Li Xianming Tortured to Death on the Same Day He Was Arrested
2006-03-03On the evening of April 6th, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Xianming from Sichuan Province was arrested in front of the county government hostel. National Security Bureau agents staged the arrest and pushed him into a small, unmarked car. They took him to the county detention centre, where they savagely tortured him. The guards injected him later with a poisonous substance. He died the day of his arrest, on the evening of April 6th, 2005. -
More Details Regarding the Torture Death of 31-year-old Falun Gong Practitioner Chang Shuai
2006-03-03Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Chang Shuai was 31 years old. For his belief in Falun Gong he had to do hard labour in the Chaoyanggou Forced Labour Camp. Chang Shuai refused to write the "three statements" and he held several hunger strikes to protest the persecution. The vicious guards removed Chang's clothes and used electrical batons to shock him for over thirty minutes. They did not stop until the electric batons ran out of battery power. -
Ms. Wang Xiuxia Died as a Result of Torture at Liaoning Provincial Women's Prison
2006-03-01After nearly four years of brutal torture at the Liaoning Provincial Women's Prison, Ms. Wang Xiuxia, a Falun Gong practitioner passed away on January 24th, 2006 at age 41. While detained, she was beaten, forced to sleep on cement floors, soaked with a dozen buckets of cold water, and forced to work overtime performing slave labour. In December 2005, when she was emaciated, swollen in many places, and near death, the prison released her to her family. She died soon afterwards. -
74-Year-Old Ms. Fan Defang Prosecuted in Chongqing City
2006-03-01Police arrested Ms. Fan Defang, a 74-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner from Chongqing City, and practitioner Ms. Yuan Suxian on January 28th, 2005. Ms. Yuan Suxian was tortured to death, and Ms. Fan Defang was illegally prosecuted. Ms. Fan Defang and Ms. Yuan had picked up several Falun Gong leaflets exposing the persecution off the ground and gave them to passers-by. They were arrested. Ms. Fan was bedridden the entire time she remained in the detention centre. Police were worried that Ms. Fan would die in the detention centre, so they told her family to take her home with the caveat that she would be tried later. -
Five Practitioners from Xinjiang, Liaoning and Hebei Provinces and Beijing Persecuted to Death
2006-03-01Mr. Cui Fenglin, 49 years old, was a worker in the branch factory of the Jinzhou Heavy Machinery Plant in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. He started practising Falun Gong in June 1995 and went twice to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. He was detained and sentenced to one and a half years in the Dalian Labour Camp. He was subjected to inhuman treatment there, punitively force-fed several times and persecuted by collaborators. He was extremely weak at the time of his release. In mid-January 2005, he started to vomit anything he ate and he could not defecate. He passed away on December 13th, 2005. -
55-Year-Old Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms Zhang Zhunli Tortured to Death in Henan Province
2006-02-28On January 13th, 2006, another brutal case of persecution against Falun Dafa practitioners occurred in Henan Province. Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Zhunli, 55, was arrested by the Shan County National Security Team and brutally tortured to death that same day. The police were afraid of being held responsible, so they threw Ms. Zhang out of a fourth-floor window, creating a cover-up to claim that Ms. Zhang committed suicide. After that, they sent Ms. Zhang's body to the hospital for emergency treatment. In fact, Ms. Zhang was dead well before arriving at the hospital. -
Practitioner Ms. He Xiuling Was Tortured to Death in 2004; Her Husband Is Still Forbidden to See Her Body
2006-02-28"My wife, He Xiuling, persisted in Falun Dafa cultivation and for that she was tortured to death on March 11th, 2004. Those responsible were Communist regime agents from the 610 Office in the Yantai Police Department and others. Her body remains in frozen storage in a Yantai City funeral home. As of today, the unjust detention and murder of He Xiuling has not been investigated by the authorities, nor have the guilty parties been brought to justice." -
More Information About How Mr. Zhao Guoan, in His Fifties, Was Tortured to Death at the No. 3 Forced Labour Camp in Henan Province
2006-02-28In August 2003, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhao Guoan, 54, was arrested and sent to the No. 3 Forced Labour Camp in Henan Province. The head of Team No. 1, Jia, kept cursing the founder of Falun Dafa while using the "rope tying" method on Zhao Guoan. He snarled, "Let me see how long you can endure this. Nothing can make me believe that you will not write the "three statements"! At the end of December of the same year, he was tortured to death by Jia Zhigang and other policemen because they could not "transform" him. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wang Xinbo from Zibo City Passes Away Due to Persecution
2006-02-27Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Xinbo was sentenced to 13 years in prison. He was released at the brink of death. In October 2005 the brutal captors deprived him of sleep for four days and four nights in order to "reform" him [force him give up his belief]. More than ten abusers took turns beating him. In order to resist the persecution, Wang Xinbo didn't eat or drink for four days. When he lost consciousness and showed signs of whole-body oedema. Soon after Wang Xinbo went home. He passed away on February 10th, 2006. -
Information about the Death of Practitioner Mr. Pan Qichu from Jiangxi Province
2006-02-27At the end of May, 2003, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Wang Meixiang and Mr. Pan Qichu from Yichun City in Jiangxi Province were arrested while they were distributing materials exposing the persecution. They were detained in Yichun City Detention Centre and Mr. Pan was tortured to death on June 2nd, 2003. According to witnesses, Mr. Pan was tortured by being hung up in the detention centre and was later sent to the hospital when he was dying. After he died, an autopsy was performed and excrement was found in his stomach.
