We Must Discard Pursuit and Fear
2007-02-08I was letting my attachments run wild. Once I realised this and was able to get my mind back on track, everything changed. After I had this righteous thought, my legs and body stopped hurting immediately and the drowsiness I was experiencing vanished. I was amazed; because this was the first time I had experienced such a feeling. This was also the first time during the conference I was not sleepy. 2007-02-06The driver of the truck with the trailer was not injured, so he went to check on the practitioners in the ditch. The three practitioners stood up with no injuries. The driver asked, "How are you doing? Let's go to the hospital!" A senior practitioner over 70 years old said, "We are fine because we are practitioners. We practise Falun Dafa. You can go ahead and check on the people in the other truck." Then the driver went to the large truck and found that the driver was just slightly injured. -

2007-02-05Prior to beginning the practice, my husband had been bothered by gastric disease and nasal allergies for a long time. Quite often he had to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night. He weighed less than 50 kg/108 lb. Once he began practising Falun Dafa, he recovered in a short time without medicine and he gradually became stronger. He gained more than 10 kg/22 lb. I asked her what she thought about the show, and she answered with a smile, "Very good!" Then she pointed toward the crowd of people leaving the show and said in a surprised voice, "Wow! So many people came here to watch the show!" For me, getting these people here to watch the show was a very good process of cultivation. -
Comfort Wears Down The Will

I found them by chance when I chatted with my neighbour. I said, "I only seek a harmonious, commonplace, and peaceful life." On the surface, such request is not of a high level, but for a Falun Dafa practitioner it reveals a deeply hidden attachment and is dangerous. -

Letting Go of Our Ego When Encountering Conflicts
2007-01-31When our local practitioners get together they often talk about their understandings during cultivation, such as issues regarding passing tests. One complained about how his family member treated him, and who said what, and how that hurt him, or some other things that made his life miserable and hindered his cultivation.
