Before I would sit down I would think, "Ah, I can figure anything out -- come on, give me something difficult." With having this thought before writing, as soon as I sat down to write, I just couldn't think of anything. My mind would just go blank or fill with other thoughts. I felt it odd, as this had never happened before when I wrote articles. The difference was that when I wrote those articles in the past, I did not have this bad thought; I just had an understanding and wrote an article to share it--a very simple and pure thought. -

I used to be an introvert. I was standoffish because I didn't know what to say to other people. A lot of people mistook me as arrogant, so I don't have many friends. It is usually my wife that entertained our guests. Since I started my cultivation practice in Falun Gong, I became a completely different person. I am now able to carry on a conversation with everyone. I can speak from my own experience that Falun Dafa can indeed broaden the wisdom of its cultivators. -

2004-11-09A gentleman spoke with me for 20 minutes, suggesting we seek help from the government and media. I told him that we had have been doing this and that most governments were highly supportive of us. "Then why do you still distribute material on the streets?" he asked. "That is because most people simply do not know about the persecution in China," I responded. "If you are willing to help, please tell whoever you can about the persecution." After hearing this answer, most people said that they understood. They expressed thanks and left happily. -

2004-11-08On Sunday, several Falun Gong practitioners at the anti-torture exhibition were responsible for telling the passersby the facts of Falun Gong as well as the persecution. Some people originally didn’t want to accept our material, but after seeing the torture scene being acted out, they said “Falun Gong is good! Falun Gong is good!” Some even pressed their hands together in front their of their chests and said thanks to us. Still others who didn’t want to accept the materials told people around them what Falun Gong is all about. -

2004-11-08At noontime or in the afternoon, the inmates would practise the five Falun Gong exercises with us when the police were not around. When the police found out what we were doing, they pretended not to notice. Some even said with a smile that the Falun Gong exercise movements looked nice. One day an inmate said, "It's very fortunate for us that we met you here. Otherwise, we wouldn't have had the opportunity to learn Falun Gong." -

Though she can not speak or understand English, whenever passers-by asked us, “Why does the persecution happen?” she could talk to them for a long time in good English. Other Falun Gong practitioners asked her , “We thought you could not speak English?” She then went on to say that she did not know what happened either, saying that it has to be a miracle. -

Having read about the newspaper taken from here yesterday, he felt that the content was great and thus he decided to write an article introducing what Falun Gong is and what the persecution is about. -
The Cultivation Path of A New Practitioner: So Many More People Are Waiting to Hear the Truth
2004-11-06There was an eighty-year old woman who wanted to learn the Falun Gong exercises after listening to the facts. She asked for additional Falun Gong related material for her daughter, and she hoped that her daughter would want to learn the exercises too. Although she couldn't read, she asked me to write Teacher's name on a card so she could always remember it. Her sincerity towards our Teacher really touched my heart, and I realized that there were so many people still waiting to learn the facts, and waiting to be saved. -

2004-11-05When we say: we don’t really speak English and that we have come from Germany to appeal to stop the brutal persecution against Falun Gong practitioners shown in the picture. People will then have more esteems, "Oh! so you are from a place that is so far away!" It can seem how desperate this persecution needs to be stopped. Germans and Americans who speak German will speak to us in German immediately when we tell them our nationality, so that some of them will get to know more about Falun Gong and the reason behind the persecution. -

When talking with some other Falun Gong practitioners I was informed that practitioners in Manhattan who are good at speaking English will start to tell the facts of Falun Gong to students and teachers in four hundred schools next week. Hopefully more practitioners can participate in the activities. -

He might have wanted to help me up, but was afraid to do so, because he was afraid I might beat him up). I must forgive what he did to me. Secondly, if I did not hurt him, I would receive virtue from him. In reality, I didn't hurt him so I paid back any debt I might have owed him. Thirdly, a Falun Gong practitioner should think about other people first before oneself and follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance."
