On May 27th, 2006, Bo Xilai visited Japan as Chinese Minister of Commerce. Bo is one of the persons responsible for leading the persecution of Falun Gong. Therefore, Japanese Falun Dafa practitioners hosted a series of protests aimed at the minister. On May 30th, Japanese practitioner Miss Yamada presented a protest letter to a member of Bo's delegation and asked him to present the letter to Bo Xilai. She also clarified the truth about the Sujiatun concentration camp in Liaoning Province, where the authorities harvested organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and sold them for huge profits. Half of the listeners denied the allegations and the other half listened in silence. Miss Yamada said she was from Liaoning Province and she could not allow or tolerate people from her hometown being so brutally persecuted.
