  The Dayangshu policemen could not find Mr. Li Jinrong, so they detained his eldest son in the detention centre as a hostage, and his son did not even practise Falun Gong. After learning the news, Mr. Li Jinrong went back to ask for the release of his son, and was thus captured by the police. His son was released after being held for 15 days, but Li Jinrong wasn't set free until 8 months later, and only then after his family continually demanded his release.

  After she said this, Sun Shouqi lost the ability to speak. She pointed at the spot on the bed where she slept, and later we realized that she became incontinent from torture, and she didn't want to soil the other people's bed sheet. She couldn't speak and her mouth foamed. We immediately notified the detention centre authorities who called the prison doctor. The doctor said coldly, "Now it's your turn to speak."
