Those practitioners were then thrown into the solitary confinement cells, and were brutally beaten...They were put into the confinement cell, where they were under tight surveillance. The guards lashed them with a leather belt. The guards claimed, "As long as there is a chance that you will give up your belief in Falun Gong, it is worthwhile for us to beat your arms and legs until they are broken." -

Police Kidnap Dafa Practitioner Xu Zhaobin of Anshan City, Liaoning Province
2002-11-16Police broke into a Dafa practitioner's home. Without saying a word, the police covered the head of Xu Zhaobin and brutally beat him. After the police got tired of beating Xu, they arrested him and took him away without allowing him to put on some warm clothing and shoes. Liu Suying and two other Dafa practitioners were also arrested at the same time. The police looted the place, taking a notebook PC, printer, laminating machine, a large amount of office supplies, cash, and everything in the computer room. -

2002-11-14Yin Hong was taken to the first floor and put on an iron chair where she was handcuffed. There were surveillance devices attached to the walls in the room where she was kept. The other three were taken to the second floor. Each of them was taken to a separate room and made to sit on an iron chair, where they were also handcuffed. The four of them were denied any food or drink for two days and nights. -

2002-11-13In the room, the police would play brainwashing videos 24 hours a day and not let the Falun Gong practitioners sleep. At the same time, they would roughly tie the practitioners' hands behind their backs, forcing their arms high up to the windowsill. Many of the Falun Gong practitioners screamed in pain during this mistreatment.
