Shanghai Practitioner Pan Jijun Sentenced to Seven Years

After failing to convict practitioner Pan Jijun during his public trial in Court Room 2 of the Pudong District Court in Shanghai on March 3nd, the court secretly sentenced Pan Jijun to a seven-year term of imprisonment on March 10th, 2006. In his defence Pan Jijun recommended that the judges go find copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to read, so they could learn how the Chinese people have been cheated and persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Hearing this, the judges became so alarmed that they tried to stop Pan Jijun from continuing. -
Zhu Junxiu from Chengdu City Sentenced to Eight Years of Imprisonment
2006-04-17Zhu Junxiu, former auditor of the National Tax Bureau of Qingyang District, Chengdu City, was arrested by police under false charges in October 2005. Since then, she has been imprisoned in the Detention Centre of the Chengdu City Public Security Department. Recently, Zhu Junxiu was unjustly sentenced to eight years of imprisonment by the Jinniu District Court. When the verdict was announced, Zhu Jiuxiu was already unable to walk normally and had to be carried into the courtroom. -
Younger Brother Threatened and Persecuted for Defending Innocent Elder Sister
2006-04-17Ms. Cui Luning is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Qingdao City. Her younger brother, Mr. Cui Luwen, was threatened by the authorities in Qingdao City because he advocated for a not guilty plea in the court case defending his sister. On February 21st, 2006, the Licang District Court held a court hearing designed to escalate the persecution of Ms. Cui Luning. Her younger brother, Cui Luwen, representing the defendant and her family, worked with an lawyer to plead for his sister's innocence. Before Mr. Cui could wind up his defence arguments, Liu Lin stepped in to stop Cui Luwen by saying that their time was up. -
Practitioners Who Have Been Persecuted to Insanity at the Tianjin City Women's Labour Camp
2006-04-17I would hereby like to share several cases of persecution that I witnessed with my own eyes, one such practitioner was: Ms. Guo Baohua, 60 years old, was persecuted to insanity at the Tianjin City Women's Labour Camp. I heard from the labour camp staff who supervised me that Guo was tortured by a gang of criminals under the instigation of the police. The criminals used needles to prick her body until there were no untouched spots at all. It was later reported that Guo was bailed out for medical treatment, but passed away a short time after. -
Mr. Wang Jianguo, 30, Persecuted to Death at the No. 1 Detention Centre of Jilin City

Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Wang Jianguo and his wife Ms. Zhao Qiumei were arrested by a group of policemen on March 2nd, 2006. Within one month and nine days, Mr. Wang Jianguo was persecuted to death at the No. 1 Detention Centre of Jilin City. His body is at the autopsy centre of Jilin City police station. Before his death, his wife was arrested again and taken to the No. 5 Division of Changchun Heizuizi Female Forced Labour Camp, where she is being persecuted. -
Dafa Practitioner Yin Wenjun and Her Non-Practitioner Husband Brutally Tortured by Police in Liaoning Province
2006-04-16On the evening of October 26th, 2005, Dafa practitioner Yin Wenjuan was arrested by officers from the Hongqi Police Station. Her non-practitioner husband Li Yuanjun was also taken away together with her. After a period of detention, Yin Wenjuan was released and she is currently remaining homeless to avoid further persecution. Her husband was tortured to the point where he cannot take care of himself. The Hongqi Police Station police still refuses to return the couple's personal belongings, IDs and confiscated money. -
Suzhou Prison Guards Use Boiling Water to Burn and Cripple Hu WenKui
2006-04-16In January 2005, the staff of the First Jail Area of the Suzhou Prison in Anhui Province brutally persecuted Mr. Hu WenKui, a Falun Dafa practitioner. He had burns on his body and on his feet. He is now permanently disabled. They tortured Mr. Hu Wenkui by kicking and punching him, and striking him with their elbows. They also shocked his genitals and other places with an electric baton for more than thirty minutes. They then used hot-water bags filled with boiling water to burn his left leg, causing deep, third degree burns, and the connective tissue around his bones died from the heat. His left leg is now crippled. -
Three of Elderly Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Hao Fukui's Family Members Illegally Arrested and Sent to the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp
2006-04-1670-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Hao Fukui was detained at the Dalian City Development District Detention Centre. He was grossly abused under the persecution for nine months and was on the brink of death. On February 27th, 2006 Mr. Hao was taken to the No. 3 Dalian City Development District Hospital. His family members Hao Yuefeng, Liu Mingwei and Mu Chunmei went to the hospital to visit him on March 1st. They had an argument with the police about Mr. Hao's treatment. Following that, Hao Fukui was returned to the detention centre. The three family members were also detained at the district detention centre. -
Older Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhou Yongliang Tortured to Death
2006-04-15Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhou Yongliang was 51 years old. On April 28th, 2002, he was arrested from his home by policemen from the Songjiang Station, and sentenced to two years of forced labour. He was tortured with fire and deprived of sleep in the Xigemu Labour Camp in Jiamusi City. When he was released on April 28th, 2004, he was very pale, his legs felt numb and icy cold, and he had difficulty breathing. Police came to his home twice to harass him. They threatened him and asked if he still practised Falun Dafa. He became very tense, weaker and weaker, and died on January 6th, 2006. -
Wang Jun is Missing, His Family Members Are Being Followed
2006-04-15Dafa practitioner Wang Jun from Jiamusi City was arrested, and his whereabouts are unknown. Since the Sujiatun Concentration Camp was exposed internationally, his family is extremely worried about his plight. His parents, wife, and child went to the Jiamusi City Police Department to visit Chen Wanyou, a police official, and enquired about him. Since then, they have been followed. When Wang Jun's wife left the Police Department with her young daughter, she noticed a man following them from a distance. -
Exposing the Criminal Conduct of Nanjing Police Station Officials in Jilin City
2006-04-15After Nanjing Police Station agents arrested Jianguo Wang, they extorted a confession under torture, seriously injuring his face and arm. It is suspected that they broke his arm, or some other bone, otherwise they would not have gone to the hospital to obtain a fake certificate. In order to avoid responsibility for their criminal acts, an agent from the Nanjing Police Station went to the city's central hospital to obtain a false medical record for Jianguo Wang. The false medical record states: "Jianguo Wang damaged his face and arm when he jumped from a second floor window." -
Six Falun Dafa Practitioners from Jilin, Shandong, Hebei, Heilongjiang Provinces Died from Persecution
2006-04-15Ms. Wang Cuiying, 62 years old, went to Beijing in December 2001 to appeal and help explain the truth about Falun Dafa. She was subsequently arrested. On January 2nd, 2002 she was forcibly taken to the local police station and imprisoned in the Second Detention Centre. While she was there, she suffered persecution for seven months. During this period, she was taken to the Wanjia Labour Camp three times. Ms. Wang Cuiying suffered extensive abuse, both physically and mentally. She passed away on November 24th, 2005. -
Destroying Eyewitnesses Within "Three Months"
2006-04-14The International reaction has been one of outrage since the horrifying activities against Falun Gong practitioners at Sujiatun were made public. It took more than twenty days for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to release a formal response. The prevailing perception by outsiders is that the CCP has destroyed all physical evidence relating to the allegations. According to reliable sources, staff at Tianjin First Central Hospital performed many more liver and kidney transplants in late March than ever before. The surgeries were always performed at night. Why has this hospital suddenly such a large supply of organs (livers and kidneys)? The Chinese Communist Party is stepping up their elimination of "live witnesses" in all concentration camps. -
Ms Cong Guixian, Falun Gong Practitioner from Jilin Province, Persecuted to Death
2006-04-14Ms. Cong Guixian, a Falun Gong practitioner from Jilin Province, was brutally tortured by the Chinese Communist Party agents. She was sentenced to a ten-year prison term, and was detained in Changchun Heizuizi Women's Prison. She developed very severe illness symptoms during detention, and had to be released on medical parole. Cong Guixian's illness worsened and she died on March 28th, 2006. -
Ms. Wu Junying, In Her Fifties, Arrested Again Shortly After Her Release from Labour Camp, Dies as a Result of Further Persecution
2006-04-14Six people from the National Security Team in Beijing's Daxing District went to Dawangzhuang Village on January 17th, 2006 and arrested a 54-year-old village woman, Falun Gong practitioner Wu Junying. She was later sent to forced labour for two and a half years. The abusers subsequently took her to the Beijing City Dispatch Division for further persecution. She was sent to Beijing Xin'an Forced Labour Camp on March 29th, and soon after 7:00 p.m. on March 31st her family was told that she had passed away.
