Reports of 38 Practitioners Tortured to Death Arrive in 12 Days --the Jiang Regime Never Follows the Law while Persecuting Falun Gong

In the 12 days from the first to the 12th of March, reports of 38 deaths due to persecution have come from China. None of these practitioners had the benefit of any legal procedures. The following stories illustrate how innocent practitioners are being persecuted to death just because they practise Falun Gong and strive to be good people. -
The Police Instigate the Murder of Elderly Dafa Practitioner at Pingfang District Detention Centre
2003-03-18Mr. Wang Wenxue, 63, because he persisted in his practise of Dafa, was illegally arrested on June 1, 2000, and detained at the Pingfang District Detention Centre for 15 days. It was June and the temperature was over 90oF. The police stripped off his clothes and forced him to lie on the sizzling cement floor, and instigated the jailed criminals to beat him. Mr. Wang died 29 days after he was released. -
Torture Death of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Yin Ling at Jiamusi Labour Camp
2003-03-18On the evening of December 28, 2001, vicious police kidnapped Yin Ling and sent her to Jiamusi City Labour Camp. During the illegal detention she held a hunger strike to resist the persecution, but the Labour camp officials didn't stop torturing her. On November 13, 2002, when she was on the verge of death, her family took her home. Yin Ling passed away soon after she was taken home. -
The Brutal Torture of Falun Gong Practitioners at Women's Forced Labour Camp in Heilongjiang Province
2003-03-18Even during severely cold winter weather, the prison guards strip off the practitioners' clothes, handcuff and hang them up in front of windows to catch the winter draft. Moreover, they connect high voltage electricity from the steel window bars to the bodies of practitioners, and prolong the torture continuously for days...Any practitioner who protests the mistreatment with a hunger strike is to be forced to hold a strong salt water solution in his mouth, and the mouth is sealed with tape. -
Righteous Thoughts and Actions Within My Cultivation
2003-03-18Ms. Yang would often tell me a story about another female fellow practitioner, who she referred to as her elder sister. One time, while fellow practitioners were driving around in a car clarifying the truth, they were followed by police. They tried hard but could not get away from the car tailing them. At this critical moment, her elder sister jumped out of their car and blocked the police car with her body. All the practitioners shed tears when they turned their head to watch the magnificent scene. -

Henan Agricultural University alumnus, 29-year-old Falun Gong practitioner, Mr. Song Xu was abducted a fifth time by the local police officers. He suffered terrible tortures and his health is in a desperate condition. In early January 2003, he was sent to Jinshui Hospital for medical treatment. Around February 10, he was sent to an emergency room for rescue and he has been there for more than 20 days up to present. Overseas Falun Gong practitioners call for an urgent rescue of Song Xu. -

2003-03-17Hong Haoyuan was illegally sentenced to be detained in the Sanshui Labour Camp for two years. Before being sent to Sanshui Labour Camp, Hong Haoyuan was young and strong; but after he was released he had become emaciated and severely weakened...He passed away at 2 a.m. on February 5th, 2003 because his body had become extremely weak. -

One of them said, "How do you dare to say 'Falun Dafa is good'? Do you not want to live anymore?" He said, "I have nothing to be afraid of. There is nothing wrong with Falun Dafa. It is not against any law. It does not do anything bad. Falun Dafa is really good." -

2003-03-17Tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been thrown into labour camps to be tortured without any trial. Over 600 practitioners have been tortured to death. 58 Year Old Practitioner Dies from Agonising Torture in Jiamusi Forced Labour Camp
2003-03-16Later, the guards began to use a new drug on Bi Jiaxin. He was force-fed and forcibly injected. But none of these things worked. He developed loose bowels, and became thinner and thinner. His teeth became loose. He was unable to eat any food, felt listless and dizzy, lost control of his bowel movements and fully depended on other practitioners to take care him for his daily life. He was such a sorry sight! Fearing that he would die inside the labour camp, the police sent him home in October 2002 for medical treatment. -

2003-03-16Not only did the lawless police extort a huge amount of money from this elderly practitioner, they also took away his life, the most heinous crime. This gentleman was innocent, had broken no laws, and had just wanted to live his life according to Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance!
