On the afternoon of January 12 2003, German Falun Gong practitioners began their appeal in front of the Chinese Embassy in Hamburg. They appealed for Jiang's regime to stop killing Falun Gong practitioners in China.They also informed the public that dictator Jiang has been officially charged with the crime of Genocide for his role in the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners.
