The "6.10" office of Fengtai District in Beijing closely followed Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan’s political gang and obsessively persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. It not only persecuted local practitioners, and used the forced brainwashing and other evil means in an attempt to change their resolute belief, but also brutally tortured the practitioners from other parts of China who refused to give their names and addresses.
They used some local residents as "spies" to monitor, track, and report Dafa practitioners who were at home or distributed Dafa truth-clarifying materials. They also asked the local police stations to threaten and intimidate people at the factories, shopping centres, schools and bus stations which are located in the area under their jurisdiction. They forced them to hang up banners and put up propaganda materials which slandered Falun Dafa.
Banners containing lies about Falun Dafa showed up in some places in Fengtai District during the National Day Holiday. After they were exposed by Minghui.Net [A Chinese Falun Dafa website], the Dafa practitioners in the surrounding area used many forms of righteous thoughts and actions such as phone calls and mailing truth-clarifying materials to make sure the banners which slandered Dafa quickly got removed.
