Four representatives from the Falun Dafa Research Centre of Malaysia delivered a memorandum to the South Africa Embassy on the 20th of August, 2004, regarding the South Africa shooting incident targeting Australian Falun Gong practitioners that took place on the 28th of June. Zeng Qinghong, a member of Chinese dictator and ex-president Jiang Zemin's faction, is suspected of being a key person in instigating this incident.
