Police in Detention Centre in Shantou City, Claim, "We Kill Practitioners to Meet Quota!"

After the news that Falun Dafa practitioner Chen Duo was beaten to death by the Tuopu Detention Centre (i.e., Shantou City Detention Centre) appeared on Dafa websites, the responsible government branches and officials have done nothing to punish the murderers. On the contrary, they threatened and harassed Chen's family members by admitting, "Your husband was killed by us for practising Falun Gong. We have gone to a lot of trouble in meeting quota [the given quota of killing Falun Gong practitioners]. How dare you to speak out?! You want to be killed!?" After Chen died, Shantou City experienced thunderstorms for a whole week.

To further block the spreading of the news, and to aggravate the persecution of Dafa practitioners, Shantou City "610 Office" started again to organise brainwashing classes inside the building of the Shantou City Political and Legal Committee. The "610 Office" has kidnapped many Dafa practitioners. [The "610 Office" is a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches].
