Ms Xu Yanxiang is now being brutally tortured in the Gaoyang Forced Labour Camp in Hebei Province. Her back and legs were severely burned by electric batons causing severe damage all the way to the layer of her muscle tissue. Even so, the police officers in the Gaoyang Labour Camp are still continuing this brutal persecution. They did not allow her to go to sleep for five days. -

2003-09-13Practitioners had to do a large amount of work and had to meet a quota, even if it meant staying up all night. The practitioners were forced to make toys including stuffed rabbits for the Nestle Company, cloth slippers, knit sweaters, gloves, and mats for export. We were forced to make disposable chopsticks while sitting on our bed and on the floor, as well as uniforms for labour camp detainees. The authorities even forced us to dig a two-meter's deep foundation for a conference hall. -

Ying Chengli once said to the Chief of Administration Section, Han Qingshan, "We are two evil people! Wang Yongxiang is incapable! Diabolical Deeds Against Dafa Practitioners in Jiamusi Forced Labour Camp
2003-09-05A group of police took the fiercest criminal from the ninth team with them and dragged those practitioners towards the dorm. They beat practitioners on the way and eventually got into a small room, where they hit practitioners' faces with the soles of their shoes. After they got tired from beating the practitioners, they left with wild laughter. The eight practitioners' faces were all swollen from the beating. Such a heart-rendering sight! -
Chilling Account of Violence at Heizuizi Women's Forced Labour Camp
2003-09-04One day, an eighteen or nineteen year-old woman was brought into the centre and charged with the crime of being a "Falun Gong thief." Many felt the charge seemed strange and it was later discovered that the police caught her after she stole a mobile phone. During her confession they threatened her: "You will be charged seriously if you don't say that you are a thief for Falun Gong." The policemen's purpose was that they wanted to blame her crime on Falun Gong so that they could get promoted and receive cash awards. -

2003-09-02Even worse, they forced us to live in a "fungus room." More than 10 Dafa practitioners were asked to live in a room where red, green, yellow and white long hairy fungus were everywhere, including on the ceiling, walls and ground. The room was not disinfected. We were not allowed to take a bath. It was spring. After a month, everybody living in this room developed different kinds of lumps on their bodies. Even the doctors didn't know what those were. -

2003-08-30They forced me to take off my clothes and socks, and shocked my entire body with electric batons. They also forced another practitioner to watch. About an hour later, blisters started to form on my body, and a heavy burning smell filled the air. Then police Wang Shuzhen, wearing leather boots, repeatedly kicked my chest. Even now, I still carry the scar from the kicking I received. -
The Inside Story of Persecution Against Falun Gong Practitioners Detained in Hulan Prison
2003-08-28The police and head prisoners conspired. They agreed if the prisoners were successful in getting a practitioner to renounce his or her belief, they would be given credits and the prisoners would receive sentence reductions. They also implied that the prisoners could use any means to achieve results with the practitioners. If the prisoners were not successful in obtaining renunciations from the practitioners, they were to receive punishment, including reduction in gained points. -
Facts of the Persecution of Practitioners in the Beijing Women's Labour Camp
2003-08-27During 2001 and 2002, policemen arrested practitioners on a mass scale, regardless of age, health, or time of day or night. Some practitioners with symptoms of heart disease and blood pressure over 200 were taken away at will and put into labour camps. According to the law, people with serious health conditions cannot be sentenced to labour camps, but these labour camps were forced to accept them all. One practitioner who was paralysed from the waist down after an accident was sent straight to the Tiantanghe Hospital in Daxing District, where she was tortured.
