  • Germany: Exposing the CCP's Crimes in Hamburg City Centre

    After holding a gathering in front of the Chinese Consulate on the morning of July 20, 2012, the following day, practitioners in Hamburg, Germany held an event in the city centre to expose the CCP's crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, and calling on the general public to help stop the persecution.
  • Sweden: “You Are Doing a Great Thing—Keep It Up!”

    On July 14 and 15, Falun Gong practitioners from Stockholm held an event on Mynttorget Square. They set up display boards to show how Falun Gong practitioners are persecuted in China and to let people know about Falun Gong (Falun Dafa). They asked passersby to help to end this persecution and bring Jiang Zemin and his accomplices to justice.
  • Germany: Introducing Falun Gong in Regensburg

    On June 30, 2012, Falun Gong practitioners held an Information Day in Regensburg, Germany to introduce Falun Gong and expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal persecution of the practice in China. Despite it being the hottest day since the beginning of summer, many visitors came to the Falun Gong practitioners’ information site.
  • United Kingdom: Leeds City Council Hears the Facts about Falun Gong

    On July 11, 2012, at a General Assembly of the Leeds City Government, UK Falun Gong practitioners recounted the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong to the Mayor of Leeds, nearly 100 councilors, and a dozen senior officials of the municipal government. They asked the Leeds Council to make a public statement calling for an end to the CCP persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Spain: Protesting the Persecution at the Chinese Embassy

    Falun Gong practitioners in Spain held a peaceful protest in front of the Chinese Embassy on July 14, 2012, to focus on the persecution of Falun Gong in China by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) over the past 13 years. They called for collective efforts to stop the persecution and bring those responsible to justice.
  • France: Grand Rally and March Held in Paris Celebrating 119 Million Withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party

    A large-scale rally and march were held on July 8, 2012 in District 13, to support 119 million Chinese quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Falun Gong practitioners from various European countries participated in the activity. The European Tian Guo Marching Band performed at the event.
  • Finland: Collecting Signatures of Support to Mark the 13th Anniversary of the Peaceful Resistance to the CCP Persecution in China

    On July 14, Falun Gong practitioners from Helsinki held activities in a park at the beach, exposing the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Many passers by stopped and talked to the practitioners. After learning the facts, people were shocked by the brutality of the persecution. Many of them signed the petition, expressing their support.
  • UK: Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition Opens in Leeds

    The Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition opened on July 5, 2012 in Leeds. The exhibition was held in the historic Leeds Corn Exchange in the city centre. The Bishop of Ripon and Leeds, the Right Reverend John Packer, was given the honour of cutting the ribbon for the opening of the exhibition.
  • Sweden: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong and Persecution at Stockholm City Hall

    Practitioners hung striking banners with messages reading, “Falun Dafa is Good,” and “Bring Jiang Zemin and His Gang to Justice for Persecuting Falun Gong.” Display boards depicted the spreading of Falun Gong around the world and Falun Gong practitioners suffering from the brutal persecution in China, which attracted many visitors to stop.
  • France: Paris City Government Invites Falun Gong Practitioners to Participate in Paris Tropical Carnival Parade

    Twenty-two countries participated in the event, including more than 40 groups and more than 4,000 singers, dancers, and musicians. Crowds of close to 200,000 locals and visitors lined the road to watch the parade. The Falun Gong contingent stood out, as it was the only Chinese group invited to take part in the celebration.

    On June 23, Falun Gong practitioners held a petition signature collection in Erlangen and called upon the German public to help stop the persecution of Falun Gong, especially the communist regime's brutal crime of organ harvesting. Practitioners broadcast information through speakers and many passers by stopped to listen.

    On Saturday June 23, Falun Dafa practitioners held an Information Day event in Basel, the second largest city in Switzerland, to introduce Falun Dafa to residents and tourists and expose the Chinese Communist Party's 13-year-long brutal persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Finland: At Mid-Summer Festival, Sisters Call for the Rescue of Their Mother

    A day before the Mid-Summer Festival, on June 22, Ms. Jin Zhaoyu and Ms. Jin Zhaohuan were in front of the busy Helsinki Central Railway Station raising awareness of the persecution of their mother. Their mother, Ms. Chen Zhenping, was sentenced to eight years in prison because she refused to give up her belief in Falun Gong.
  • Bulgaria: Practitioners Introduce Falun Gong on National Television

    Practitioners in Bulgaria were invited to introduce Falun Gong on a popular daytime TV show earlier this month. The programme was broadcast on Sunday afternoon, June 10, 2012, on the highly rated, state-owned channel, Bulgarian National Television.
  • Germany: Holding an Information Day in Mainz

    On Saturday June 16, Falun Gong practitioners held an information day event at Neubrunnenplatz and Hauptbahnhof in the City of Mainz, introducing Falun Dafa to the locals and exposing the Chinese Communist Party's 13-year-long brutal persecution against the peaceful practice. People queued to sign a petition calling for an end to these human rights abuses.
