  • Germany: Exposing the CCP’s Atrocities at Munich Christmas Market

    On December 23rd 2008, when people were busy shopping at the Christmas Market in Munich, local Falun Gong practitioners made use of this opportunity to expose the Chinese Communist regime’s crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. They also expressed their support for the 47 million Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party.
  • Germany: Information Day Exposes Nine Years of Persecution

    On December 13th, Falun Gong practitioners organised an information day activity in the centre of the Freiburg in southwest Germany. The information day aimed to let people know more about Falun Gong and raise awareness about the nine years of human rights abuses inflicted on China's Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
  • Finland: Seminar Entitled "Hu Jia and the Present Situation of China's Human Rights " Held in Helsinki

    The European Parliament's Liaison Office in Finland sponsored a seminar entitled “Hu Jia and the Present Situation of China's Human Rights " in Helsinki. Those who attended the seminar included the Finnish Falun Dafa Association, Finnish members of parliament and more than 20 human rights organisations.
  • Finland: “Justice always exists”

    On December 14th, 2008, the annual Christmas festival exhibition was held at the town of Ylitornio in Northern Finland. Local Falun Gong practitioners saw an opportunity to raise awareness about Falun Gong and expose the Chinese Communist regime’s nine-year inhuman persecution against Falun Gong practitioners.
  • Finland: Protesting in Helsinki Against the CCP's Persecution of Falun Gong

    The practitioners talked to local people about the human rights atrocities that the regime in China has committed against Falun Gong practitioners including torture, the harvesting of organs from living practitioners, and the deaths of over 3000 innocent practitioners. Although it was cold and raining on the day, many people stopped to listen, took flyers, and signed a petition to show their support.
  • European Dance Professionals Marvel at Divine Performing Arts Shows

    From February to April 2008, Divine Performing Arts (DPA) put on 45 shows in 18 cities across 13 countries in Europe, which brought 5,000 years of Chinese traditional culture to Europe. Many dancers in the audience, such as principal ballet dancer at the Austrian National Opera House Mr. Gregor Hatala (on the right in the picture), found the beautiful forms and superb techniques of DPA artists refreshing.
  • France: Exposing the Persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party

    On November 30th, Falun gong practitioners went to Lyon to raise awareness about Falun Gong and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners demonstrated the five Falun Gong exercises and distributed leaflets to passersby.
  • Poland: Many Organisations Attend a News Conference to Condemn the Persecution of Falun Gong in China

    The Polish Falun Gong Association, The Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG), and a representative of the Poland Association of freedom in expression co-sponsored a news conference in Warsaw, appealing to all parties concerned about China's human rights situation. They issued a public appeal to all circles of society to make their voices of justice heard and to end the CCP’s persecution of human rights.
  • Finland: Raising Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong on International Human Rights Day

    December 10th, 2008 was International Human Rights Day. In Rovaniemi, Falun Gong practitioner Xiao Jin and her husband Tommy, displayed posters explaining how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) brutally persecutes Falun Gong practitioners in mainland China. There were also posters calling on people to help rescue Xiao Jin's mother.
  • Germany: Exposing the Persecution of Falun Gong at Essen Christmas Market

    Regional Falun Gong practitioners took the opportunity during the pre-Christmas season, when the market is crowded with people, to organise an information booth and a rally to expose the persecution of Falun Gong in China for three consecutive Saturday's. Because of the Christmas market, several thousand people saw the display.
  • UK: Peaceful Protest at the Chinese Consulate in Manchester

    December 10th, 2008, marked International Human Rights Day. Falun Gong practitioners in central and northern England held an activity in front of the Chinese Consulate in Manchester to remember the Falun Gong practitioners who have been murdered by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in its nine year persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Finland: Falun Gong Practitioners Hold Roadside Activities During a Meeting of the European Security Council

    On December 4th and 5th, the Organisation of Security and Cooperation in Europe convened in Helsinki and the Heads and Ministers of foreign affairs from over 70 countries from around the world attended the meeting. Finnish Falun Gong practitioners conducted two days of peaceful protest.
  • Switzerland: Falun Gong Practitioners Expose the Atrocities of the Chinese Communist Party

    December 10th was International Human Rights Day, as well as being cold and wintry. Despite the weather, Swiss and German Falun Gong practitioners still managed to hold a Falun Gong 'information day' in Basel city centre to raise awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong.
  • Finland: Protesting against the Persecution on International Human Rights Day at Rovaniemi

    December 10th, 2008, was International Human Rights Day. On this day in Rovaniemi in northern Finland, Falun Gong practitioner Xiao Jin, together her husband (who is not a practitioner ), hung a banner and posters by the side of the road. They displayed posters introducing Falun Gong, posters disclosing how the evil CCP brutally persecutes Falun Gong practitioners in mainland China, and posters calling for help to rescue Xiao Jin’s mother and protesting against the inhuman persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP, which has already lasted for nine years.
  • United Kingdom: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest at the Chinese Embassy in London

    December 10th, 2008, was International Human Rights Day and also the 60th anniversary of the United Nations’ publication of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Falun Gong practitioners from the UK went to the Chinese Embassy in London and Manchester to peacefully protest against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s prolonged persecution of Falun Gong
