Russia: Promoting Falun Gong and Exposing the Persecution to Young People in Community Activities

Dafa practitioners from Pyatigorsk city were invited to take part in a community activity where the participants were mainly young people. Practitioners took this opportunity to demonstrate the five sets of Falun Gong exercises and tell people about the campaign of genocide that is being waged against people who practise Falun Gong in China. -
Germany: Successful Falun Dafa Information Day was held in Düsseldorf

When practitioners were demonstrating the five sets of Falun Gong exercises, a reporter from one of the local news papers appeared, he was passing by chance with his camera and attracted by the exercise demonstrations. He thus approached the information desk and took shots of the demonstration and information desk for over ten minutes before he left. -
Finland: Promoting Falun Gong at the Train Station in Helsinki

At lunchtime on the 30th of October 2004, Falun Dafa practitioners again visited the train station in Helsinki city in Finland. It is over two years since we first started our Saturday Dafa activities there in 2002. The people who see us and receive Dafa materials are countless and they are not just from Helsinki but from different cities in Finland and different countries. -
Denmark : Introducing Falun Gong and Exposing the Persecution at a High School
2004-11-05Throughout the talk all the pupils were quiet and attentive, which surprised the teachers. At the end they had many questions and found it shocking that Jiang and his regime could act so outrageously. The teachers also asked questions and were surprised that they had not heard about the persecution before. Finally, we had some time to teach them the first of the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. -
France: Promoting Falun Gong and Exposing the Persecution in the City Centre of Toulouse

We left Paris and travelled several hundred miles to the city of Toulouse to tell local people about Falun Gong. Our activities, including exercise demonstrations and an anti-torture exhibition, were held in the city centre. After hearing the facts about Falun Gong and the brutal persecution being inflicted on the Chinese Falun Gong practitioners, people looked dumbfounded. -
Germany: Falun Gong Information Day held in Bad Homburg
2004-11-04Many people asked whether there is a practice site where they can learn the Falun Gong exercises in Bad Homburg. Most people signed the petition form calling for an end to the persecution even before listening to our explanations since they felt sympathy for Dafa practitioners being persecuted in China and contempt for the evil people who use torture and maltreatment to try to force innocent people to betray their beliefs. -
Sweden: Many People Want to Find Out More about Falun Gong at Karlstad Health Expo

Many people stayed at the big stage to watch and listen to the Falun Gong exercise demonstration. Every time the demonstration ended, people came to talk to the practitioners and wanted to learn more. When they found out that there would be a free class in Karlstad on the coming weekend, they all wanted to know the details. -
France: Falun Gong Practitioners were Invited to a Festival in Lons-le-Saunier City

To conclude a year of Chinese culture that has recently taken place in France, Lons-Le-Saunier city of Jura province organised a Tasting Festival with the theme of China. A Local MP invited Falun Gong practitioners to join the performance to let more people know about Falun Gong and to talk about the persecution against the practice that has been happening for the last five years. -
Germany: The Jiang Group’s Violence Shocked the People in the Ancient City of Augsburg

Dafa practitioners held activities which included exercise demonstrations, leaflet distribution, an anti-torture exhibition and Chinese traditional dancing in the centre of Augsburg. The activities were held to enable local residents to get a better understanding of the facts of Falun Gong and to inform them about the brutal suppression of Dafa practitioners. -
France: Exposing Jiang Zemin’s Persecution against Falun Gong in Grenoble

Practitioners distributed leaflets an collected petition signatures calling for an end to the persecution. Photos of the brutally tortured Falun Gong practitioners in China touched the hearts of many passers-by. Some of them wanted to know more about Falun Gong whilst others expressed their sorrow over the French President’s silence on Falun Gong issues during his visit to China. -
Sweden: Falun Gong Practitioners were Invited to the Health Expo in Karlstad City

The practitioners were invited to demonstrate the exercises on a stage with one of them introducing Falun Gong to the public. He talked about the practice’s popularity in over 60 countries, the benefits it has brought to 100 million people’s health, and the persecution against Falun Gong in China that has already claimed over 1,000 lives. -
United Kingdom: Practitioners Introduce Falun Dafa and Expose the Persecution during Cambridge Falun Dafa Week

Beginning on the 24th and 25th of October 2004, Falun Dafa practitioners from Cambridge and other parts of the UK celebrated their own Falun Dafa Week and held activities to introduce Falun Dafa and expose the persecution taking place in China. Activities included a parade, dancing and an anti-torture exhibition. -

In order to show people the beauty of Falun Dafa, practitioners demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises and also taught the younger passersby how to fold paper lotus flowers. They also talked with people about the persecution in China about and collected petition signatures calling for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. -
Germany: Telling the Residents of Hamelin about the Persecution of Falun Gong in Detail

Many passers-by asked about the picture displays, Falun Gong, the persecution and the brutal methods of torture used in attempts to force practitioners to give up their beliefs. Once they had heard the truth people were eager to support efforts to bring Jiang Zemin, the person responsible for the persecution, to justice by signing a petition. -
Russia: Large-Scale Activities to Raise Awareness about the Persecution during the 2004 Russian Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference
2004-10-25Each day, they went out in the early morning and visited several government agencies. In a span of several days, they visited almost all of the Russian Government agencies, two hundred or so parliamentarians and all Russia’s major media organisations. Large-scale efforts to raise awareness of Falun Gong and the persecution were a major distinctive feature of this conference. Veteran practitioners and new ones alike actively participated and everybody learned a lot from the event.
