Beijing's Daxing Forced Labour Camp Guilty of Causing Death of Female Practitioner
2003-03-31At the time of her death, her entire body was covered with wounds and there was a hole in her skull. It awaits investigation if a gun or other torture instrument had caused the hole in her skull. 2003-03-30During those periods, on numerous occasions she requested to go home and take a shower, and take a look at her child, the very basic human requests which were rejected without any reason. Since Zhong was a single parent and as she was constantly detained, her nine-year old son was forced to be left alone at home. Zhong Fangqiong's mother, Chen Guoxing was 65 years old. Because the grandmother practised Falun Gong, she was also deprived of the right to look after her grandson. Furthermore, she was even deported from Sichuan and forced to go back to her hometown. 2003-03-29One time in a meeting, Wang Chuying, who beat up people the most brutally, gave false testimony by saying that nobody was ever beaten at Masanjia Forced Labour Camp. Then Zou Guirong stood up and said: "This is not true." Even before she finished her words a bunch of hired roughnecks came running at her. They pushed her down on the floor and stuffed her mouth. Liaoning TV station and Chinese Central Television station (CCTV) videotaped the scene. Zou was taken away by the police, who then beat her up. They took out a knife and were trying to get her to commit suicide. -

2003-03-27These vicious policemen also extorted huge amounts of money from Dafa practitioners' families. Some practitioners' families were forced to prepare a feast for the police and give them presents. They spent outrageous sums of almost 30,000 Yuan to have their family members released! These families not only lost their loved ones but also incurred large debts because of this persecution. -
Murder in Jiamusi Detention Centre: Guards Stab Practitioner Repeatedly in the Head With Screwdrivers
2003-03-26The detention centre staff took Zhang Changming home and tried to extort 500 Yuan from his family, but they did not have any money. Changming continued vomiting blood and bleeding from his many wounds after arriving home. Unable to eat or speak, he sadly died at 7:30 pm the same day. His entire back was blue, his legs shrunken, his chest, jaw, and right hand all covered in large bruises. There was still blood coming out his mouth the day after he died. His family has been under surveillance ever since.
