Their 20-metre banner attracted the attention of the public and the media. Many people signed the petition, condemning the persecution of Falun Gong in China. -

A practitioner who participated in the activity said that most Chinese people are quite clear about the truth; they know about the quitting the CCP movement, and are willing to take materials. Some Chinese people came closer to the banners to read the information about the staged Tiananmen self-immolation incident and other aspects of the persecution. -

The event is the largest annual multicultural event in the country, and has been going on for seventeen years. The two-day event included a variety of ethnic music, dance, skits, literature and food. -

Ireland: Celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Falun Dafa's Public Introduction

On May 12, 2012, a group of Ireland Falun Gong practitioners gathered at Grafton Street, in central Dublin, to celebrate the 13th World Falun Dafa Day; the 61st birthday of Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong; and the 20th anniversary of Falun Dafa's public introduction. The celebration began with a splendid drum performance by Falun Gong practitioners. After that, young practitioners and ladies performed traditional Chinese dances. Practitioners also demonstrated Falun Gong exercises. Many people stopped to watch. -
Germany: Practitioners in Germany Participate in the Cultural Festival Parade in Bielefeld

Falun Gong practitioners participated in the annual Cultural Festival Parade of Bielefeld on June 2. The Divine Land Marching Band and Fan Dance teams were cheerfully welcomed by one hundred thousand spectators. Wherever the Falun Gong contingent went, there was non-stop applause. -
Czech Senate Human Rights Committee Resolution: Stop Persecuting Falun Gong

On May 23, the Czech Senate Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Human Rights, and Petitions reached a unanimous agreement to call for a stop to the persecution of Falun Gong in China, and passed a resolution. -
Finland: Practitioners Protest CCP’s Persecution on International Holocaust Remembrance Day

In keeping with the spirit of this day, practitioners in Helsinki gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy peacefully protesting the brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) that has lasted for more than 12 years. -

Russia: Introducing Falun Dafa on Moscow's Red Square

On May 27, practitioners in Moscow were invited to participate in a large sports celebration event, which attracted 100,000 people. The event took place on Red Square, right next to the Kremlin, the site of the Russian government. Practitioners were invited to take part in the celebration by the conductor of the Moscow Police Orchestra. -
