When I went to her for the materials, I saw that she was telling a few other people about a touching story that was mentioned in the newsletter. -

After she was brainwashed, his wife actually suggested that the police in the Second Brigade torture Lin Chengtao with the same methods that the Tiantanghe Labour Camp used to violently "transform" her, such as shocking with electric batons, sleep deprivation, etc. Mr. Lin was deeply injured by this. -

2003-01-23Five or six policemen roughly pulled me off my bed and dragged me outside. I was wearing just underpants and did not have shoes on. I struggled and shouted out. My child was crying for her father, and my wife was desperately trying to stop them also. The policemen forcibly stuffed me into their vehicle. In the process, my head sustained a two-inch cut and my face was covered with blood. Not only did this practitioner and his family suffer, being violently wrenched from home, he was robbed of his livelihood and plunged into poverty. -
Atmosphere of Terror in Changsha Female Prison
2003-01-23An inmate said, "I have been in this jail for almost 10 years, and this was my first time that I ever witnessed such miserable things. This is just horrible." One time. a policeman used an electric baton on a practitioner, all the while saying, "Feel free to sue me. It wasn't me who hurt you, it was the electricity!" Time and time again the guards' words and actions have shown how much they want to make the practitioners suffer in retaliation for exposing their brutality to the outside world. -

2003-01-22It was at the end of 2001 that I first heard that Wang Kefei was tortured to death in Heizuizi Female Forced Labour Camp in Changchun City. In January 2002, when I first looked at Kefei’s portrait, shock and anger filled my heart and my eyes were full of tears. I could not believe such a wonderful person could be tortured to death in a labour camp in a time when China claims to be experiencing its best human rights conditions in history. -

On one occasion, vicious guards found a practitioner doing exercises, so they kicked her from the second floor down to the first floor. After she fell unconscious, the police claimed she was feigning death, so they kicked her face, stepped on her head and rolled over her hands with their boots until her fingers were bruised and lacerated with blood. -

How could a person who practises Truthfulness – Compassion – Tolerance and believes in non-violence be a threat to anyone? What on earth does such a person who believes in being kind to everyone need to be detained for at all, let alone by armed police? He was tortured so badly that he did not come out alive. The shameless police have still not informed his family of his death. -
My Experience in a Brainwashing Class

2003-01-21During the family visit, the chief, guards, other prisoners -- over a dozen people --monitor the visit. It is forbidden for visitors to ask about injuries to practitioners or the issue of practising the Dafa exercises in the labour camp. Some practitioners have wounds on their bodies, so the despicable police require them to wear hats, gloves, etc., to hide the injuries.
