Ms. Ma Guifen and Ms. Cui Dengzhi from Shandong Province and Ms. Zhu Yuting from Hebei Province Passed Away as a Result of Persecution

Three ladies, all in their fifties, all practised Falun Dafa and were mercilessly persecuted for it, after July 1999. One lady was powerless to stop her husband and son from being sentenced to forced labour and she died penniless, due to harassment. The other two were subjected to detention, brainwashing, torture including beating. They also sadly passed away. -
53 Year Old Ms Chao Qiangzhen from Shanghai Died As A Result of Persecution-Related Illnesses
2005-03-02Ms. Chao Qiangzhen was 53 years old. She went to Beijing to peacefully appeal for Falun Gong and was sentenced to two years in a forced labour camp. She suffered inhuman physical and mental torture. After Ms. Chao returned home the police subjected her to continuous monitoring and harassment, and as a result she developed intestinal cancer, which then spread to her liver and all over her body. She suffered greatly and passed away on February 4, 2005. -

The New Year holiday is a good time for the whole family to be together, but because of the persecution, I am forced to live a homeless life even though I have a home, just because I practise Falun Gong and follow "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" in order to be a good person. For the past five years I have been imprisoned and sentenced to jail, my family's property was confiscated, and now I live the life of an itinerant." -
Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Liu Yongfang from Liaoning Province Died in 2004 Due to the Persecution
2005-03-01Ms. Liu Yongfang used to suffer from tuberculosis and psoriasis and her hair fell out. After she began to practise Falun Gong in 1996, her illnesses all disappeared and she grew a full head of hair again. Ms. Liu went to Beijing twice in 2001 to appeal for Falun Gong. Both times she was arrested and sent to Masanjia Labour Camp in Liaoning Province. She was released when she became seriously ill because of the torture she received there. She passed away in the spring of 2004 despite medical treatment. -
Belated Notification: Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Liu Fengjie from Heilongjiang Province Died in 2001
2005-03-0138 year old Ms. Liu Fengjie went to Beijing with her husband and children, to appeal for Falun Gong. They were arrested and tortured. She was subjected to brainwashing and had 4000 yuan extorted from her. Even though she was released, her mind and body were deeply injured. In August 2001 Ms. Liu Fengjie went out to sell vegetables and was killed in a car accident. -
The Depraved Acts Committed Against Falun Gong Practitioners in Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp
2005-03-01The crimes committed by the authorities in Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp are too many to record. For instance, the officers shackled the practitioners on iron beds, completely immobilized in the spread-eagle position with all four limbs extended. Wearing gloves and holding towels, the officers then forcefully squeezed the male practitioners' testicles. The pain, the humiliation, and the trampling of their humanity were too horrific to describe with any human language. In the officers' own words, "You're here just for us to play with. We can torture you as we wish." -

2005-02-28On the evening of January 25, 2005, a group of people pushed Ms. Tan Shaolan out of a car in front of a run-down house. Tan Shaolan, a Falun Gong practitioner, had been abducted and then illegally imprisoned for one and a half years. People were shocked to see that she now looked catatonic, with her eyes staring vacantly into space and her face, half-obscured by a tangle of hair, showing no expression. Two Elderly Female Falun Dafa Practitioners Persecuted to Death by the CCP's "610 Office" in 2003 and 2002

Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Xu Fengying from Inner Mongolia Died from Persecution in 2001
2005-02-27Ms. Xu Fengying was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Huolinguole City, Inner Mongolia. She was thrown into a detention centre for exposing the crimes of the authorities against Falun Dafa. Before allowing her home, police extorted money from her family. She died on February 5, 2001 due to relentless persecution from lawless officials who constantly harassed her at her home. -
"Outstanding Woman" Award Nominee Viciously Persecutes Falun Gong Practitioners
2005-02-27Song Shuqin, the former head of the “610 Office” in the City of Zhaoyuan, is a person who overrode the law of the Chinese Constitution and is responsible for the murder of a Falun Gong practitioner. In January 2005, this person was nominated as one of the twenty candidates for the "Ten Outstanding Women of the City of Zhaoyuan" for the 2005 session, an activity hosted by the Women's Union.
