Clarifying the Truth in Various Ways

We arranged a Dafa photo display recently, mainly to local overseas Chinese who came to learn English. We shared with them the experiences of studying English and applying for the scholarship. We sent a fax to every language school. Not many students came because it was in the daytime when they have classes. However, a teacher came with his students. We had our first experience and the result was good.

The lecture was held next to the photo show room. We explained the persecution in China to them and gave them some materials regarding the persecution. After the lecture was finished, I started to talk about how I benefited from cultivation and about the truth about persecution.

Through this activity, I felt it was a very good chance to clarify the truth. When we distributed materials on the street, some people didn’t even take a look at the material due to lack of trust or felt disinterested. However, in activities like lectures, I had enough time to introduce myself and establish mutual trust, and also had enough time to clarify the truth. Afterwards, we discussed that we can add more contents, such as how we could introduce new students situations here, how to apply for banking cards, how to find a residence and how to study abroad, all of which is of interest to them.
