The greatest victims of the Chinese government' s Falun Gong propaganda are the naive Chinese who participate mindlessly in their desperate government' s evil politics.
It is appalling that the Chinese government can continue to feed its propaganda to Chinese Canadians despite the international community' s condemnation of China' s human rights violations. The Canadian Broadcast Standards Council should have revoked the licence of the B.C.-based TalentVision or required its staff to study Falun Gong.
Any form of killing and abuse is totally contrary to truthfulness, compassion and forbearance -- the basis for the practice of Falun Gong. The teachings require practitioners to work through many well acknowledged negative personality traits such as jealousy, anger, greed, hatred and a range of addictive behaviours to become better family members and more productive citizens.
After more than two years as Falun Gong practitioners, my family and I are convinced that Falun Gong is China' s greatest gift to the modern world.
