On April 15, 2002, police officers kidnapped over 20 Dafa practitioners from Weifang City, one after another. Multiple material sites were raided. Later, an insider said that from 6:00 p.m. that day until 2:00 a.m. during the period of only one night, six Falun Dafa material sites had been damaged. At least 21 people were kidnapped, and the loss was tremendous. According to incomplete accounts, lost materials include three "all-in-one" machines, three Xerox machines, one fast copying machine, one computer, two printers, two VCD players, one plastic laminating machine, two TV sets, one recorder, three three-wheel motorcycles, one motorcycle, and a large amount of cash, raw materials and many other materials.

In this organized and plotted raid conducted, the police were aided by many services and many officers. During the process of kidnapping, they maltreated, beat and cursed Dafa practitioners brutally.

Except for a few fellow practitioners breaking through with righteous thoughts, all other Dafa practitioners were either illegally detained or illegally sent to a forced labour camp. Some practitioners went on a hunger strike and are still on it to protest the persecution. At every material site, the police were anxiously asking, "Where is the money?" How could they understand that this money represented the "life-saving money" that Dafa practitioners scrimped and scraped from their daily life for clarifying the truth and exposing the persecution?

Since July 20, 1999, the lawless officers and police authorities in Weifang City have caused the deaths of 27 Dafa practitioners, the highest death rate nationwide. Hundreds and thousands of people were put into forced labour camps or detention centres. Such brutal persecution against Dafa practitioners was rare! "Good will be rewarded with good and evil is met with evil." This heavenly principle is eternal.
