On July 6, 2003, Neili practitioners went to Jialefu Supermarket to collect signatures to call for the end of Hong Kong's Article 23 legislation. Young practitioner Ziyuan, holding a sign, stood and said, "Dear friends, oppose Hong Kong Article 23 legislation! Oppose violation of Taiwan's human rights! Please come to the left corner to sign your names. Thank you!" Many people read the words on the sign to find out the reason for this child's calling out.

We were moved when two students signed their names and then returned to ask practitioners, "We feel this is very important, so we want to join you. Can we help with signature collection?" "Of course, you can!" We knew that their hearts were touched by "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance."

Through practitioners' explanation and truth clarification, many people understood and signed their names because of their conscience and sense of justice. People are coming together to support Hong Kong and safeguard human rights.
