Mr. Chi Yaocai died as a result of multiple organ failure on February 11th, 2015. He was 55 years old.
Mr. Cai worked at Tumen City Shixian Paper Mill prior to his arrest on September 2nd, 2011 for exposing the persecution of Falun Gong.
