  • Turkey: Falun Gong Practitioners in Ankara Introduce Falun Gong to Teachers at a Nursery School

    Teachers from a government nursery school in Ankara invited Falun Gong practitioners to introduce Falun Gong and teach the Falun Gong exercises to them. After spending the day with practitioners, the general consensus was that the feeling after doing the exercises was very good. Others said that their minds and bodies were relaxed and felt extremely comfortable.
  • Slovakia: A Week of Falun Gong Activities Touring Slovak Cities

    From July 9th - 14th, Falun Gong practitioners toured the cities of western and middle Slovakia to inform the public about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. They gathered signatures on a petition condemning the persecution of Falun Gong addressed to state officials, requesting they open up this issue during bilateral talks with China.
  • Holland: People of Amsterdam Support the Twenty-Four Million Brave Souls Who Have Quit the CCP

    On July 21st, 2007, a few non governmental organisations, including the Epoch Times newspaper, Sound of Hope radio station and “Save our Loved Ones” organisation held activities at Dam Square in Amsterdam to support the twenty-four million brave Chinese people who quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organisations.
  • Finland: Falun Gong at the Kotka Ocean Festival

    From July 18th to the 22nd, Finnish Falun Gong practitioners raised awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong at Kotka Ocean Festival and were invited to take part in the festival parade for the first time. Many onlookers expressed praise for Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful aspect as well as their beautiful costumes and performances.
  • Finland: Practitioners Protest at the Chinese Embassy All Year Round

    On July 20th, 2007, in order to protest against the Chinese Communist Party's inhuman persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and appeal to the world’s people to help to end this catastrophe, Falun Gong practitioners from Helsinki gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy. They displayed banners and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.
  • Ukraine: Practitioners Raise Awareness in the Crimean Peninsula about the CCP's Persecution of Falun Gong

    On July 7th and 8th, Falun Gong practitioners from Kramatorsk, Kiev, and Dnepropertrovsk, with local practitioners from the Crimean Peninsula, held activities in Simferopol, the capital of Crimea, Sevastpol and Alushta to raise awareness among local people about Falun Gong and the CCP’s persecution of the practice in China.
  • Germany: Practitioner Raises Awareness about Falun Gong at His Son's Nursery

    This summer the nursery decided to try something new. Two months before the celebration activities they held a meeting with a few parents of foreign nationalities to discuss their plans. They hoped that we could put on a few shows which represent our own cultures. I decided to bring the beauty of Falun Gong to these lovely children and their parents.
  • Belgium: Practitioners Condemn the CCP's Eight Year Persecution of Falun Gong

    Falun Gong practitioners from Belgium gathered at the Chinese Embassy in Brussels to protest against the CCP’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong, which has lasted for over eight years.
  • Hungary: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest against the Persecution and Express Support for the Withdrawals from the CCP

    On the morning of the July 20th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Hungary held activities at the Chinese Embassy to support the twenty four million withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and to protest against the eight long years of persecution suffered by Falun Gong in China. Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises in front of the Embassy and talked to passers-by about what was happening. Having learned the truth, people expressed a great deal of sympathy towards the Chinese practitioners who are persecuted by the CCP.
  • Russia: Falun Gong Practitioners Expose the Wickedness of the CCP

    On July 20th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Russia held events in many cities, protesting against the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, which has lasted for eight years, and calling on kind people to show their support for an end to the persecution. In Nizhny Novgorod, children learned how to fold paper lotus flowers as they learned the truth about Falun Gong.
  • Austria: Practitioners Continue to Expose the Chinese Communist Regime’s Atrocities

    On July 14th, 2007, Austrian Falun Gong practitioners gathered at Vienna’s Heldenplatz Square to mark the eighth year since the Chinese regime banned the practice and the beginning of Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful efforts to end the persecution and to expose the Chinese Communist regime’s atrocities to all the people around the world.
  • Holland: Practitioners Protest at the Chinese Embassy against the CCP's Eight Year Persecution

    On July 20th, 2007, Dutch Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Embassy to protest against the Chinese Communist Party's eight year persecution of Falun Gong. Practitioners set up banners and display boards with pictures and photos reflecting the journey of Falun Gong across the world during the past decade.
  • Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Participate in the Fourth Multicultural Festival in Augsburg

    On July 7th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate in the 4th Multicultural Festival in Augsburg. The festival's theme was “peace, freedom and respect for beliefs” and it was well attended by local residents and people from neighbouring cities. It was the third time that Falun Gong practitioners have demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises at the festival.
  • Ireland: Candlelight Vigil on a Rainy Night

    On July 20th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners held a candlelight vigil, mourning Falun Gong practitioners who have been persecuted to death by the CCP since July 20th, 1999, and disclosing the CCP’s crimes. The weather was bad and it rained. On seeing that Falun Gong practitioners were still protesting in such weather, a young man was so moved that he wanted to take a photo.
  • Denmark: The Divine Marching Band in Copenhagen

    In order to support the twenty four million people who have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the European Divine Marching Band came to Copenhagen in Denmark, to join a parade held on July 7th and 8th. It took place at the same time as an annual Jazz music festival and the entire city was filled with people.
