The practitioners explained to the people of Nuremberg how tens of millions of Chinese Falun Gong practitioners have had their homes, jobs, families and livelihoods destroyed simply because they wanted to improve their health and moral standards through practising Falun Gong. Practitioners expressed hope that people would offer their support to stop this persecution. -
Sweden: Collecting Signatures and Clarifying the Facts During the Annual Gothenburg Marathon

On the 17th of May, during the annual Gothenburg Marathon, Falun Gong practitioners collected signatures to rescue Pirjo, a Swedish practitioner detained in Thailand without reason. After learning the facts, passers-by, spectators and runners were shocked by the brutal persecution, and many of them signed the petition for Pirjo’s release. -
Belgium: Telling the Thai Embassy about the Illegal Imprisonment of Pirjo Svensson

The Embassy secretary said that she had asked for an explanation behind Mrs. Svensson’s arrest and detention, but the government had not replied. She was very helpful, and it was obvious that she knew the arrest of Pirjo Svensson is not right by moral laws, Thailand’s laws, or by the laws of the rest of the world. -

This has allowed more people in Gothenburg to learn about the violations of human rights that Pirjo is suffering and many people are very concerned for her. With the facts revealed, more and more people have signed the petition form. -
Sweden: Practitioners Clarify the Facts about Dafa at a Chinese Public Speaking Contest
2003-05-27After hearing their speeches, many of their classmates praised their courage. The Chinese Embassy officials seemed surprised at Dafa’s popularity in Sweden. It was unexpected for two Falun Gong practitioners, among the more than twenty students, to say that Dafa is good and to appeal to stop the persecution. Sweden: Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to Participate in School Open Day

The students and the teachers were all very keen on Falun Gong. Several of the children asked the practitioners to teach them the exercises. The students made comments like, "This is one of the best things I’ve seen" and "I feel very comfortable doing the exercises." Practitioners felt that teaching the exercises to the children was a great way to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. -

The show allows many people to find out about Falun Gong and the positive changes that the practice has brought to countless people. Sweden: Bringing the Wonder of Dafa to Every School in the Country (Part II)

On May 5 2003, “The Story of Lotus” opened in Sweden’s third largest city, Malmo. The performance received a warm welcome from the schools in that area. “The Story of Lotus” is a drama performance that combines dance, music and poetry. The dance is also intended to expose the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by Jiang’s regime in China. -
Sweden: Falun Gong Practitioners Produce a Programme for Local TV

The program outlined how 36 western practitioners appealed against the persecution of Falun Gong on Tiananmen Square. Practitioners hoped that this program could show Chinese people that Falun Gong is practised in many countries, contrary to the claims of Jiang’s state-controlled media mouthpieces. -
Germany: Clarifying the Facts at a Spiritual Health Fair in Hannover

All the practitioners in northern Germany came to enthusiastically support us. We demonstrated the exercises and talked to people who visited our booth about Falun Dafa. Through these activities, many people came to understand more about the magnificence of Falun Gong, and also about the Jiang regime’s persecution of 100 million innocent practitioners in China. -
Sweden: The “Lotus Flower” Performance Visits Lerum

This performance was the first in a 21-day tour of Sweden. “Lotus Flower” is performed on a non-profit basis by two Swedish practitioners and was created to support an end to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Music, dance and dialogue arranged in a simple manner, create a very beautiful and touching true story about the suffering of practitioners in China. -
Sweden: Supporting the Lawsuit Against Jiang Zemin

Falun Gong practitioners from Stockholm gathered at the Chinese Embassy to send forth righteous thoughts and hand out flyers that revealed the facts about the persecution. This appeal was part of the worldwide effort by Dafa practitioners to further expose the crimes that Jiang’s regime has committed against Falun Gong practitioners.
