Sweden: A Falun Gong practitioner’s 40th Birthday Celebration

The party was held at the Ericsson Company offices on the 23rd of October 2003. A traditional Chinese Lotus Dance, poetry recitals and the Falun Gong exercises were all performed. Each received a loud round of applause from the audience, accompanied by a few questions. Some Chinese employees were astonished by the answers. -
Sweden: Local Radio station Broadcasts Programmes that Reveal the Truth about Falun Gong

After practitioners exposed the Chinese Consulate’s attempts to stop a program about Falun Gong from being broadcast on Swedish radio, practitioners from the South of Sweden set up another truth-clarifying programme. This broadcast aims to expose the evil and clarify the truth. -
Finland: Letting People know the Truth about Falun Dafa

They said that they had already heard about Falun Gong and upon learning that the man used to be an English professor, the practitioner handed him the CD. The couple asked several thoughtful questions about Falun Gong. The man held the practitioner’s hands tightly and reminded her to take care. -
Germany: Promoting Falun Dafa and Teaching the Exercises at Siegen Health Expo

The organisers of the exhibition came to the Dafa stand to learn more about Falun Gong before giving an introduction of over the hall’s public address system. Their introduction recommended that people participate in learning the Falun Gong exercises, which were being taught for free. -
Norway: Promoting Falun Gong at the Alternative Therapies Fair in Stavanger

There were always one or two practitioners who distributed flyers and talked with the visitors. The people were very eager, curious and interested to chat with the practitioners about Falun Gong. Practitioners often found themselves spontaneously surrounded by large groups of people who wanted to find out more. -
UK: Celebrating Cambridge’s First Falun Dafa Week

Chinese and western people all carefully read the posters about the lawsuit against Jiang and his human rights crimes. An elderly person who was with his granddaughter happily watched the practitioners’ performances and expressed hope that Jiang will be successfully brought to justice like the former leader of Yugoslavia. He felt very happy that evil people cannot escape punishment. -
Germany: Clarifying the Facts in Chamer and Koetzting

On October the 17th and 18th, practitioners held activities to let people know more about Falun Gong and the persecution, in the cities of Chamer and Koetzting. Reporters from a local newspaper interviewed practitioners. As a result, more and more people have learned about the persecution and the trial of Jiang Zemin. -
Spain: Explaining the Facts about the Lawsuit against Jiang

Practitioners distributed information about the lawsuit against Jiang. Many people took the initiative to come over and ask for a flyer. Some even asked for extra ones for their family and friends. After finding out that Jiang has been sued in Spain on the charge of “genocide,” they showed their support by signing their names in the appeal signature books. -
UK: MP and the Public Support Grand Performance in Cambridge

Falun Gong practitioners gathered in Cambridge city centre to promote Falun Gong and let people know about the human rights violations occurring against practitioners in China. Their performances showed the Cambridge people the true beauty of Chinese culture in a lion dance and traditional Chinese fan dancing. There were also songs performed by practitioners and a Public Trial of Jiang Zemin. -

Denmark: Dafa Practitioners participate in Nighttime Activities at the Copenhagen Cultural Festival

October the 10th was the annual Cultural Festival in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Practitioners hoped that their actions would allow people to learn more about Falun Gong and the persecution in China. They gave out leaflets to the large audience and within a short period of time, all of the Dafa materials were gone. -
UK: Conversations with Chinese Students – “Jiang Zemin? We don’t like him!”

The response we received was amazing. The Chinese students seemed to have been waiting for us and we couldn’t clarify the truth fast enough. One young lady talked with a practitioner about the way Jiang’s regime treat practitioners in China. She knew about the persecution of Falun Gong and stated clearly that it is wrong. The girl told the practitioner that Chinese people all share the same disdain for this dictator who is bringing a bad name to China. -
Sweden: Falun Gong was well received at a Health Fair in Linköping

Falun Gong practitioners had an opportunity to demonstrate the exercises live on stage with a voiceover providing more information about Falun Gong and the lawsuits filed against Jiang and his regime all over the world, the latest of which was launched in Spain yesterday. The local TV station came to the festival to film the practitioners’ exercise performance. -
Germany: Spreading the Fa at the Festival of Asian Culture in Fulda

During the two-day festival, practitioners had several opportunities to introduce Falun Gong on the main stage. Many members of the audience came to the Falun Dafa information booth. They praised the practitioners’ graceful performance and said that they had learned more about Falun Gong. Several people expressed an interest in learning the exercises. -
UK: Promoting Dafa and Explaining the Facts at Cambridge University Freshers’ Fair

Practitioners performed the five sets of Falun Dafa exercises, and distributed materials so that new students could learn more about the brutal persecution that is happening in China. Practitioners handed out around 3,000 English flyers. More than 100 Chinese Vdoe-CDs were handed out in one day.
