Germany: Appeal on the Streets of Munich to bring the Instigator of the persecution of Falun Gong to Justice

According to reports from the Falun Dafa Information centre there has been a recent escalation of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Around the country, many practitioners have recently been arrested and tortured. Overseas practitioners in different countries organised strong protests in response, appealing to bring those responsible to justice. -
A European Practitioner: “Let everyone in Paris know the truth about Falun Gong!”

From the 24th to the 28th of January, several incidents of Falun Gong practitioners being arrested and detained for no reason by police on the streets occurred because of the French government’s economic interests and pressure from the Chinese regime. After the incident occurred, Falun Gong practitioners would like to let more French people know the truth about Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin’s ruthless oppression of Falun Gong practitioners, and the unreasonable conduct of the French police. -
Finland: Falun Gong Exercise Class Attracts Public and Media Attention

On February the 21st 2004, a practitioner from the middle of Finland held a Falun Gong exercise class. Most of the participants were glad to learn about Falun Dafa for the very first time. As well as learning the five sets of peaceful and energising exercises, the class attendees heard about the brutal campaign of Genocide that Jiang Zemin launched against Falun Gong practitioners in China. -
Germany: Audience are Touched by Dance Performance Entitled "Release Xiong Wei"

On February the 6th 2004, as part of her university course, a German practitioner had to perform an original 3-minute dance. The song this practitioner picked was “Free Xiong Wei.” A Professor mentioned that because the performance had touched the examiners’ hearts, they hoped that Xiong Wei will be rescued from China and have a bright future.The examination panel awarded this dance first place for excellence and artistic merit. -
Sweden: Letting More People Know About the Cruel Killing of Falun Gong Practitioners in Mainland China

Practitioners in Malmo promoted Falun Gong in Gustav Square in the city centre, to enable local residents to learn about the worsening brutal persecution of practitioners in Mainland China. Many local people asked for the truth-clarification materials, and were attracted by the exercise demonstration. -

The International Conference on “Genocide in the New Era”, organised by “Friends of Falun Gong Europe” and “International Advocates for Justice”, took place in Sweden’s capital, Stockholm from January 26th to January 28th 2004. This is one of the conference speeches by Attorney Ning Ye, entitled "The PRC's Massive Persecution Targeting Falun Gong is a Cime of Gencoide", which was given on the morning of Tuesday January 27th. -
International Law Seminar held in Dublin to discuss Lawsuits Against Chinese Human Rights Offenders
2004-02-24In Trinity College Dublin on Monday the 24th of February, a seminar was successfully held to discuss the wave of international lawsuits targeting Chinese officials who have participated in the campaign of genocide against Falun Gong practitioners. The aim of the seminar was to share legal expertise and experience in this regard, as well as to raise awareness about persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Academics and students of Trinity College, as well as members of the public attended the seminar. -
Germany: Hamburg Residents Definitely Support Falun Gong In Paris Incident

At the end of January, dozens of Falun Gong practitioners were unlawfully arrested in Paris by French police who were apparently pressed by the Chinese authority. To raise the awareness of this incident, on February 17, German practitioners held an "Information Day" event at downtown Hamburg. -
Spain: Jaumen University Invites Practitioners to Speak About Falun Gong and the Persecution

Falun Dafa: Road to Peace: this was the title of a special presentation given by Falun Gong practitioners at a “Peace and Philosophy” workshop in Jaumen University in Spain. Their participation was at the invitation of the Centre for International Peace and Development in the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation and Jaumen University. -
Finland: The People of Jyväskylä City Learn About the Recent Incidents in Paris

Falun Dafa practitioners from around Finland gathered in the city of Jyväskylä on the weekend of 14th -15th of February 2004 to study the Fa {to read the books of Falun Gong] together and share experiences of cultivation practice. This was also a precious opportunity to let the people know about Falun Dafa and about the persecution that is taking place in China. It was also a chance to inform people of the recent incidents in Paris, where practitioners were unlawfully arrested due to pressure from the Chinese authorities. -
Italy: Practitioners are Invited to Explain the Facts About the Persecution at an International Human Rights Conference in Rome
2004-02-22On February 13th and 14th the well-known Italian human rights organisation “Hands Off Cain” hosted an international human rights conference concerning the abolishment of capital punishment. Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhang Erping was invited to explain the facts of the persecution against Falun Gong in China and to participate in the press conference. Mr. Zhang cited some specific cases. For example, how a judge in Jiangxi province had been unlawfully arrested and injected with poisonous drugs; how a farmer in Shandong province was persecuted to death and his body cremated... -
Sweden: Celebrating the Second Anniversary of Falun Dafa Day in Lerum

Dafa practitioners went to a senior high school to demonstrate the exercise movements. The school Principal was very happy we had chosen to come to his school. We displayed information about Falun Dafa and demonstrated the exercises. Many teachers came to watch us and the response was very good. -

Belgium: Photo Report - Falun Gong Practitioners Participate in the Leuven Health Expo

Leuven, a famous university city in Belgium, organised a health expo on the 14th of February 2004. This is the third year of the annual expo and it always receives good feedback and attracts many people. During this year’s expo, Falun Gong practitioners appeared dressed in traditional bright yellow exercise costumes. -
Finland: Clarifying the Truth to the Media and People of Finland

The whole city supported the activities. Shops and other establishments in the city happily put up posters in their windows about Falun Dafa and the activities, as well as providing petitions against the persecution for people to sign. Three of the leading daily newspapers on the west coast reported about the events, as did two national radio stations. They were all very supportive and wrote extensively about Falun Dafa, as well as the persecution.
