Spain: Falun Gong gets a Big Welcome at the National Health Expo

From the 4th to the 7th of November, at the 20th National Health Exposition held in Madrid, the Falun Gong stall attracted many people from all over the country in all professions. Many people came to Falun Dafa’s exhibition table to ask for information or to watch and learn the exercises. The “Introduction to Falun Dafa” meeting got a big welcome from all the visitors. -
Germany: Appealing Against the Persecution on World Human Rights Day in Frankfurt

Practitioners gathered on World Human Rights Day to appeal to the Chinese Government to stop the persecution against Falun Gong. A large number of passers-by signed a petition calling for the immediate release of Xu Youlin, mother of a German practitioner who is being detained in Beijing’s Female Forced Labour Camp for practising Falun Gong. -
Sweden: Falun Gong at Gothenburg's Way of Life and Health Expo

The Falun Gong display attracted lots of people. They came to the booth one by one and signed a petition calling for an end to the persecution. A reporter from a local radio station interviewed a practitioner, mainly about the benefit that Falun Gong can bring to people’s minds and moral character, as well as the Chinese Communist regime’s persecution of Falun gong practitioners. -
Turkey: Exposing the Persecution on World Human Rights Day

On World Human Rights Day, I promoted Falun Gong and told people about the persecution against the practice in Ankara city centre. I set up a display booth with photos of Falun Gong practitioners being tortured by the Chinese authorities because they refuse to renounce their beliefs. Local people were very supportive. -
Russia: World Human Rights Day Appeal in St. Petersburg

World Human Rights Day on December the 10th saw Russian practitioners gather in the centre of St. Petersburg to appeal against the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. People were very interested to listen to practitioners’ explanation of the facts about Falun Gong and many wanted information on their local practice sites where they can learn the exercises for free. -
Sweden: Practitioners hold an Anti-Torture Poster Exhibition in Stockholm

On the 11th of December, Swedish practitioners held an anti-torture picture exhibition outside the Parliament building in Stockholm to raise awareness of the persecution against Falun Gong. Hundreds of people gladly accepted flyers and continually stopped to look at the pictures and read the information translated into both English and Chinese. -
Czech Republic: Exposing the Persecution of Falun Gong on World Human Rights Day

On Saturday the 11th of December, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in the centre of Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic, to raise awareness about the five-year campaign of genocide against the practice. Many people stopped to read the posters and asked questions such as, “Why do they persecute you?” -
Sweden: Annual Falun Gong Presentation is a Favourite with Students of Dalarna College

According to the teacher the lecture by Falun Gong practitioners is one of the most appreciated events on the course. The practitioners showed a video of the ongoing persecution against Falun Gong. The students heard how the human rights of practitioners have been abused for the last five years under orders from former communist chief Jiang Zemin. -
Germany: Joint Activites with the International Society for Human Rights on World Human Rights Day

On World Human Rights Day, December the 10th, the Munich branch of the International Society for Human Rights and German Falun Gong Practitioners held activities at the square in front of the National Theatre to call on German society to pay attention to China's human rights situation and put an end to the atrocities launched by Jiang Zemin and his Communist regime. -

The 10th of December was World Human Rights Day. Helsinki Falun Gong practitioners went to the city centre to raise awareness about the cruel persecution in China. Widespread human rights abuse has been happening there for the last five years against people who practise Falun Gong and follow the principles of truthfulness, compassion and tolerance. -

Switzerland: Exposing the Torture Methods Used in China’s Labour Camps to Force Falun Gong Practitioners to Betray their Conscience

On a Saturday in November, Falun Gong practitioners met in Glarus Town Hall Square and set up an information booth. They talked to local people about the human rights atrocities that have been perpetrated against people who practise Falun Gong in China over the past five years. Passersby were shocked when they heard that over 1,100 people have lost their lives because they practice this peaceful meditation and exercise system, and because they refuse to renounce their belief in Falun Gong’s guiding principles of truthfulness, compassion and tolerance. -
Turkey: Short Stories of Turkish people Embracing Falun Gong
2004-12-11One day I went to Istanbul on a business trip and met eight schoolteachers in a restaurant. They were chatting and I introduced myself to them. I mentioned Falun Gong to them and the ongoing persecution in China and told them that the main instigator of the persecution, former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin, is being sued in the international courts of many countries for the crime of genocide. They showed great interest in Falun Gong and some of them immediately wanted to learn the exercises. -
Turkey: A Market Manager Supports Activities to Promote Falun Gong

On 4th and 5th December 2004, practitioners held two days of events to promote Falun Dafa and raising awareness of the persecution in the marketplace of Ankara. The practitioners told people about Falun Gong and demonstrated the five sets of exercises. People were pleasantly surprised and stopped to watch. -
Germany: Exposing the Torture Against China’s Falun Gong Practitioners during the “China Meets Europe” Economic Convention

As soon as we heard about the Hamburg Economic Convention from November the 11th to the 27th 2004, we decided to organise an anti-torture exhibition near the meeting location. This included re-enactments and demonstrations of the methods of torture used to force Falun Gong practitioners in China to renounce their beliefs.
