The terrible weather that day did not stop them carrying out this activity to commemorate six years of genocide against Falun Gong. -
France: Anti-Torture Exhibition to Raise Awareness in Caen

We set up a display stand and anti-torture exhibition in a park in the city centre. It was a sunny and breezy weekend, with passers-by streaming through. The anti-torture exhibition, in which practitioners simulated the methods of torture used against Falun Gong practitioners in China by the communist authorities, deeply touched the hearts of passers-by. -
Austria: Practitioners Commemorate Six Years the Lives Lost in Six Years of Persecution

On July 20th 2005, the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution against Falun Gong practitioners entered its seventh year. Austrian practitioners gathered in Vienna’s Stephansplatz to commemorate the victims and to let the Austrian people know about the human rights abuses that have been happening in China every day since 1999. -
Russia: Practitioners in Irkutsk held a Rally on July 20th to Call for an End to the Persecution

On July 20th 2005, the Russian practitioners in Irkutsk held a rally at the statue of Alexander III to call for an end to the brutal persecution against Falun Gong. During the rally, some practitioners demonstrated the exercises and others distributed leaflets. Passers-by all stopped to watch the photo exhibition of the cruel methods used in the persecution. -
France: Promoting Falun Gong on National Day

On this day of every year, a grand parade is held on the streets of Paris. Thousands upon thousands of people go to the streets to watch the celebrations and many people from other provinces also come to the busy capital to take part in the festivities. During this national holiday, Falun Gong practitioners went to Paris to promote Falun Gong. -
Bulgaria: Practitioners Commemorate Six Years of Persecution with an Open Air Exhibition

On 23rd and 24th July 2005, Bulgarian Falun Dafa practitioners organized an open air exhibition in Boris Garden – the central park of the capital city Sofia. The exhibition commemorated six years since the persecution against Falun Dafa was launched by former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin and enforced by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). -
Czech Republic and Slovakia: Exposing the Persecution and Promoting Falun Gong (II)

On Saturday 18th of June, the largest TV station in the Czech Republic, Cesha Televize 1, interviewed Xiong Wei at a memorial where victims of the Communist Party used to be tortured. She spent two years in a Chinese forced labour camp, imprisoned for handing out leaflets exposing the human rights abuses against Falun Gong. -
Czech Republic and Slovakia: Exposing the Persecution and Promoting Falun Gong (I)

Between the 16th and 22nd of June, for the first time Falun Gong practitioners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia received mainstream media attention on a large scale. While exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong, the practitioners held activities to introduce the exercises and principles of the practice. -

Germany: Paper Lotus Flowers Send a Profound Meaning at the Munich International Multicultural Festival

Having learned about the persecution, people were shocked and wanted to know more about Falun Gong. Some asked for leaflets, some learned the exercises from practitioners and others learned how to make the paper lotus flowers. Many people were interested in the lotus flowers, admiring the care and attention that had gone into making them. -
Russia: Promoting Falun Gong in Stavropol City

Practitioners practised the exercises in a local park. People who were interested in learning were taught on the spot. Many of them were young people. At the beginning, they were a little hesitant. But they all joined the exercise group later on. Some of them even learned how to do the meditation with their legs crossed in the double lotus position. -
France: People in Normandy are Concered about the Persecution Suffered by Falun Gong Practitioners in China

On the 7th July 2005, French practitioners held an anti-torture exhibition in Lisieux to let more people know about Falun Gong and the human rights abuses being carried out against practitioners in China. They simulated some of the barbaric torture methods used by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in attempts to force practitioners in China to renounce their beliefs. -
Czech Republic: People Show Their Support for Practitioners' Anti-persecution Efforts

Two days before the summer holiday began, on July 1st and 2nd 2005, Czech practitioners once again met in the two cities of Ceska Lipa and Litomerice. It was cloudy with light rain, but we felt the local people’s concern about learning the Falun Gong exercises and the efforts of practitioners to stop the persecution happening in China. They wanted to know more and asked for information. -
Germany: Introducing the Falun Gong Exercises During a Cultural Event in Wiesbaden

On July 8th, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners from nearby areas were invited to take part in the annual Wiesbaden town district cultural event. One of the categories for the event was entitled “Martial Arts, Healing and Meditation”, which Falun Gong practitioners participated in, introducing the fives sets of slow-moving and peaceful Falun Gong exercises. -
Germany: Exposing the CCP’s Crimes in Hamburg

Hamburg’s “Stadteilfest Altonale” was celebrated on the weekend of June 18th and 19th 2005. Falun Gong practitioners participated in this event to let people know about the Falun Gong practice and the severe human rights abuses that are being inflicted on practitioners in China by the Communist Party. Practitioners from Hamburg and surrounding areas of Bremen, Bielefeld and even Denmark, participated in this activity. We began the activities by first sending righteous thoughts, while a small group demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. Passers-by were attracted to this activity and enjoyed watching the exercises.
