  • European Practitioners hold Grand Parade in Central London

    On November 5, 700 Falun Gong practitioners from all over Europe held a grand march in London. The procession consisted of four sections: the Divine Land Marching Band, Falun Dafa All Over the World, Peaceful Resistance to the Persecution, and Supporting the Chinese Who Withdraw from the Party.
  • 2011 European Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference held in London

    On Sunday 6th November, over 600 European Falun Gong practitioners from over 26 countries gathered in central London for the 2011 European Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference. The conference was a resounding success. 15 practitioners shared their experiences of cultivating their moral character through practising Falun Gong.
  • Germany: Activities Held to Support the 104 Million Chinese People Who Quit the CCP

    On October 22, practitioners in Munich held an activity at Marienplatz in downtown to support the 104 million Chinese people who have renounced the CCP and its affiliated organisations. They also raised awareness about Falun Gong and the CCP's crimes committed in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, and encouraged more Chinese people to withdraw from the CCP.
  • United Kingdom: Local Citizens Support Falun Gong in Birmingham

    On October 8, 2011, Falun gong practitioners set up an information desk in downtown Birmingham. They demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and exposed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s 12-year-long brutal persecution of Falun Gong. A lot of people signed a petition to support Falun Gong. Some of them expressed their wish to learn Falun Gong.
  • Russia: Experience Sharing Conference Held in St. Petersburg

    On October 15, the Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference in Russia was held in St. Petersburg. Falun Gong practitioners from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, and Turkey attended the conference. Before the conference, practitioners held activities on October 14 to raise awareness about Falun Gong including an exercise demonstration.
  • Germany: Falun Gong Wins Second Prize at Freimarktumzug Parade in Bremen

    On October 22, 2011, Falun Gong practitioners in northern Germany participated in the annual Freimarktumzug (Free Market Parade) in Bremen, the second largest harbour city in Germany. Practitioners’ float won second price among the 147 participants. Close to 200,000 spectators watched the parade.
  • Denmark: Practitioners Protest the Persecution during the Chinese Foreign Minister's Visit

    Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi visited Denmark October 19-20, 2011. Wherever the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials went, protesters from all walks of life followed them. The Danish mainstream media and public opinion have focused on China's human rights issues over the past few days. MPs from different political parties criticised the CCP's persecution of human rights when they were interviewed by the media.
  • Poland: Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference Held in Warsaw

    On October 15, 2011, the seventh Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference in Poland was held in Warsaw. Dafa disciples from Poland, the UK, Austria and Belarus attended the conference. Sixteen practitioners presented experience sharing papers, and a recording of four papers from the Eastern Europe Experience Sharing Conference was played for the audience.
  • Germany: Support for Falun Gong at an Information Day in Mainz

    On October 15, Falun Gong practitioners in Mainz held an “Information Day” to share the beauty of Falun Gong with local people and visitors and let them know about the Chinese Communist Party's brutal persecution of the practice, which has lasted over 12 years. After learning the truth about Falun Gong, people signed to support practitioners' efforts to end the persecution.
  • Spain: Falun Gong Group Introduces the Practice at a Health Expo in Altea

    On October 1 and 2, 2011, an annual EcoAltea health expo was held in Altea. During the expo, the Falun Gong booth was warmly welcomed by local residents. According to the arrangement of the expo, practitioners offered an introductory Falun Gong exercise class at 7 p.m on October 1. Several dozen people came to learn the practice.
  • Finland: Practitioners Participate in Health Expo for Tenth Consecutive Year

    Finland's annual Health and Knowledge Expo was held on October 8-9, 2011 at Suomen Yhteiskoulu (a high school) in Helsinki. The expo draws many visitors each year, most of whom are interested in faith and spirituality. Falun Gong practitioners in Finland have participated in the event for ten consecutive years.
  • France: Practitioners in Paris Expose the Chinese Communist Regime's Human Rights Atrocities

    The French Falun Dafa Association and the French division of The Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) were invited to an event on the square in front of City Hall in Paris to expose the Chinese Communist regime's unprecedented brutal atrocities of harvesting organs from living practitioners.
  • Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Take Part in “Human Rights Awareness Day” in Bremen

    On September 10, 2011, 25 organisations, including practitioners representing Falun Gong, participated in “human rights awareness day” in Bremen. They set up an information table at Bremen Town Centre Plaza, exposing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s 12-year-long brutal persecution of Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa).
  • Flemish MP Notifies South Korean President of His Support for Falun Gong Practitioners Seeking Asylum in South Korea

    Mr. Ward Kennes, Flemish MP and the Mayor of Kasterlee, a community in Belgium, sent a letter to the President of South Korea in support of persecuted Chinese Falun Gong practitioners seeking asylum in South Korea. A copy of the letter will also be sent to Ambassador Ho-Young AHN of the South Korean embassy in Belgium (Korean mission to the EU).
  • Chinese Consulates in Germany Deny Passport Renewals for Practitioners

    Falun Gong practitioner Yang Sizhao applied for passport renewal on March 14, 2011, at the Chinese Consulate in Munich, Germany. He was told that a notice from China was needed for his application. Before leaving the consulate, he saw an instruction sheet on the wall, indicating that passport renewals take at most 15 days.
