  • Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG) Writes to German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel

"Canadian officials state that ‘the (annual) dialogue was created as a cornerstone of Ottawa's policy of engagement with China on human rights, but today there is "pervasive cynicism" and "dialogue fatigue" among most officials.’ The overriding view of many participants in annual bilateral talks with China is that, although talks have been intended to provide genuine dialogue, they have always descended into a rehearsed propaganda exercise."
  • MP Statement from London Activities to Commemorate April 25th: “The suffering which Falun Gong practitioners have experienced is not conceivable in the 21st Century”

This statement by UK MP Mark Lancaster was read at a press conference opposite the Chinese Embassy in London on Saturday April 28th 2007. The press conference was the start of a day of activities to commemorate April 25th 1999 when Falun Gong practitioners in China appealed to the government to release fellow practitioners who were wrongfully imprisoned. This appeal was used by members of the Chinese Communist Party as an excuse to publicly launch the persecution against Falun Gong, which had previously been happening clandestinely.
  • Speech Given by European Friends of Falun Gong to Commemorate the April 25th Appeal in Beijing

"Today marks the eighth anniversary of the day when 10,000 Falun Gong practitioners spontaneously gathered at Zhongnanhai in Beijing to appeal peacefully to the Chinese government to release practitioners who had been arrested in Tianjin. Since then the Chinese government has been responsible for the worst series of organised persecution ever perpetrated in the history of mankind. Over 3,000 practitioners have been tortured to death in prisons and labour camps across China, while thousands more have been subjected to a horrific variety of abuse and torture with little hope of freedom or justice."
  • France: Presidential Candidate's Concern for Falun Gong Practitioner’s Situation

In her reply to the Chairman of the French Falun Gong Association, Ms. Ségolène Royal, the French Socialist Party candidate for president, expresses her sympathy for Ma Jian, general manager of a French company and Falun Gong practitioner who was illegally arrested and is being persecuted in China, and promised to try her best to urge China to respect human rights.
  • France: A French MP Appeals to the Foreign Minister to Rescue Falun Gong Practitioner Ma Jian

Falun Gong practitioner Ma Jian, general manager of a French PCM Pump Company for China and the north Asian region, was arrested in his Beijing office by Chinese police in February. On March 23rd, Mr. Jacques Pelissard, MP for the Province of Jura, Mayor of Lons le Saunier and Chairman of the French Mayor’s Association that represents over thirty five thousand and five hundred Mayors across France, wrote a letter to the French Foreign Minister.
  • Germany: People in Langen Condemn Organ Harvesting Atrocities

“This is horrific and beyond human imagination! Where can I sign?” A woman asked, after a practitioner recounted a testimony of a Chinese surgeon's ex-wife in which her husband was ordered to remove more than 2,000 corneas from innocent Falun Gong practitioners in two years and the bodies were cremated after other organs were also removed. The woman's face showed fear and agony. After she signed the petition, her two boys said that they wanted to sign. Before they left, they expressed their best wishes: “We wish you success! Thank you!”
  • France: Lille University Library Displays Falun Gong Materials

Practitioners in Lille told several library staff members about the brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China and the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) organ harvesting atrocities. The person in charge was shocked and decided to offer some help. The library decided to make available Falun Gong materials so that more people can read them.
  • Speech by Vice Chairman of CIPFG-Europe: "The CCP is Clearly Doomed"

"We already have numerous documented first-hand experiences of the persecution, but we believe that in time the case against the CCP will be overwhelming. We must strive to reach the point where its evil leaders and their intricate web of subordinates can no longer withstand the weight of international pressure to end the persecution, and to allow Falun Gong practitioners and all other citizens of China to lead peaceful lives under democracy, free from all fear of persecution for their beliefs. China and Chinese people can only have future without CCP and this day is not far away."
  • German Student Who Does Not Practise Falun Gong Makes a Video to Exposé the Persecution

Recently, a teenage student called Steffi gave me a call and asked me to help produce a two-minute film about the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). I was a little bit surprised because Steffi doesn’t actually practise Falun Gong. But she is concerned about the human rights abuses against practitioners in China and wanted to do something to make a difference so I was very happy to help her.
  • UK Parliament Seminar Speech: “Bloody Harvest: Some Unpalatable Truths as the 2008 China Olympics Approach”

"The Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) in China now has hundreds of legislators, lawyers, doctors, academics, religious and spiritual leaders in more than twenty countries who are ready to go to China to investigate our report findings. They should be allowed to do so. The Olympic Games and organ snatching cannot occur at the same time in China. The Olympic Charter and movement, including its respect for human dignity and national Olympic committees in seventy countries, require better. I invite the participants in this seminar to examine ways you can help to end this terrible practice. Murdering innocent people for their organs is a new form of evil on this planet."
  • French MP Appeals to Foreign Minister to Rescue Falun Gong Practitioner Mr. Ma Jian

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Ma Jian, general manager of the French PCM Pump Company for China and the northern Asian region, was arrested in his Beijing office by Chinese police on February 28th 2007. It was reported that police took Ma Jian to a brainwashing centre. This serious incident is a gross abuse of citizen’s rights and severely affected the operation of the French Company. The French people and political circles are very concerned.
  • Chairman of the Peace and Culture Association in Spain Condemns the Persecution of Falun Gong

"All reports by the Human Rights Committee of the UN, the Parliament of the European Union, the Parliament of NATO and organisations of human rights such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Observation have mentioned the cruel violation and persecution of the most basic human rights by the CCP government. It has caused many innocent people to suffer from the persecution because of their faith. As the Chairman of the Peace and Culture, my mission is to vindicate the freedom of all people, respect the truth, respect justice equality and tolerance. Such a situation of suppressing individual freedom in faith by force, I firmly oppose it."
  • Profil Magazine (Austria): Lost in Transplantation

Following his recent interview with the United Nations’ Special Rapporteur on Torture, Manfred Nowak, Robert Misik of Profil, the second largest magazine in Austria, published an article detailing Matas and Kilgour’s finding that a source of organs in Chinese transplants is Falun Gong practitioners. • Letter to IOC from David Kilgour and David Matas

"Regrettably, it confirms our earlier conclusion, that the government of China and its agencies in numerous parts of the country, in particular in hospitals but also detention centers and ‘people’s courts’ have put to death a large but unknown number of Falun Gong prisoners of conscience since 1999. Their vital organs, including hearts, kidneys, livers and corneas were virtually, simultaneously seized involuntarily for sale at high prices, sometimes to foreigners who normally face long waits for voluntary donations of such organs in their home countries.”
